It came to my attention that half the people with the rank of crew either don't come here that often anymore or don't really need the power. That's why if you're suddenly a step lower then you were before, don't panic. For now I only want to give power to those who can help run this place. Not everyone who comes here needs to have power. That is why Gamer is my only vice captain, rilla and tg you are now crew because you never really needed those mod powers anyways even though I know I awarded the position to you for really helping the guild out. If it really bothers you that much you're the only ones that I consider reversing.

I have no problems with my demotion. I don't think I used the powers once, I never found a place where I needed to. 3nodding

Yeah, thats pretty much what i based it on, people who either did something to earn power like ril and teeg, or people who use it or could put it to good use like gamer
