This thread is for every one in the guild to discuss how to improve the guild, make suggestions for sub-forums and ideas for the RP system! This is a team effort, not a dictatorship!!
Do you think we should have a subforum for shops and things or should we wait until we get bigger? I see them popping up in the other guilds I'm in.
If we put the subforum in, the guild will be more organized, but it may be unnecessary. There aren't that many of us. >.<
Orrrrr, do you have a suggestion for me for another subforum idea?

Okay, there have been a few awesome suggestions thus far. It would be a great idea to address them now!
Wii_4_Mii had a great suggestion. By donating to the guild, people could obtain gil or items for their RP characters. I think we should discuss this a little more, because it is a great idea.
First off, I would like to know if you'd like to do that? Then, we would need to cover what you get for your gold. If we can agree on how much gil you get for gold, I can comprise a list of items that you can get for gold.
emerald charm came up with some awesome ideas as well. :3 She suggested a Lounge Forum for discussing anything not related to FFTA. A great idea. Though we may want to wait on that like our pending shop forum. Which we seem to have agreed on waiting on until we get more people.
She also suggested a secondary roleplaying forum. Which I think will help greatly. Maybe one for rules, shops, character making and such and another one for the battles and missions.
Her last suggestion was of an Advertisement forum. Where members can advertise their other guilds or websites and so on and so forth. I liked that one quite a lot. :3 Though I do think that's another one to wait on.
Okay, what do you think of a secondary roleplaying forum. Should we make one or do you think we should have one now and wait for chaos to ensue before making one? And what should be in each respective forum if we decide we want one?
Should we wait on the Lounge and Advertisement Forums along with the pending Shop Forum? I won't do anything until we reach even something of a conclusion.

A sub forum dedicated to Jobs. Completely. Good combinations for abilities, usefullness/uselessness of jobs, etc. This sub forum could fly if it had the oppertunity.

Like you all said, Tactics would be a great Sub-Forum. Pretty self explanitory.
Game help - made
Instead of one measily thread, a whole sub-forum for it. That would make it much easier to help, as they could draw attention to their problems more effectively.
Enhancing the game - discussing
This one is a little diferent. Post things you can do to make the game funner. Examples: Go through it with only 1 race, or even 1 class. Try to beat it without using the overused classes (Ninja, Sage, etc.) Things of that nature.

Role Playing Ideas:
Each Team/Clan may donate to the guild to obtain extra gil. The limit will be 1000 gold to be fair to poorer gaians. And that amount will earn thbat particular Team/Clan 10000 gil. - discussing
We have two default clans, opposing clans obviously. When users first join the RP, they can chose one of the two clans. They can work up gil to start their own freelance Team - or Mercenary group perhaps. And run it however they like. They can switch sides, help who ever pays the most gil blah blah. Then later on, if they meet the requirements they can make it into a clan. But the requirements should be really touch because there are only so many of us and we don't want a clan per person. And probably, in order to form the Mercenary Teams there will have to be requirements for that too. We should also have a clan for Monsters too. Chances are we'd have to make mules or something for that. I can use my sister's account for that. - discussing
