Ok.. Saix is a bit tough, but not impossible.
Mostly, to beat him, attack him relentlessly when he is not berserking and is just gathering moon light. When he berserks, wait for him to drop one of his weapons, grab into it, and then hit him with it to empty his berserk gauge. Either that, or use a limit move (thing) (Like Donald's Comet or Fantasia...or something that will hit him a lot.)
But other than that...run. A lot. And heal. Cuz he only gets worse throughout the battle (His gauge fills quicker when he's low on LP, and he swings faster.) domokun

In case anyone has trouble with Saix again...!
I suggest leveling up Wisdom Form to get the Dash ability, because that makes it a lot easier to dodge Saix's attacks when he's Berserking.
Also, if you're having trouble with dying at this point, I'd suggest trying not to use Limits because then you'd have no MP for Cura(ga), etc. It's hard to use healing items when he's Berserking sometimes.

Yeah, and when you're fighting Saix you do need to heal a lot. A lot a lot.
I got an watch gameplay on Youtube to help me sometimes, if I'm at wits ends. Sometimes, watching other people do it makes you realize how simple it really is. >.>

I mostly just smack Saix around when his gauge is empty/filling, and then RTFA (Run The Feck Away) when he's berserked. Snatch his weapon when you can and beat him with it.
However, a strategy I've seen people use is to power up your magic gauge and do a combo attack with Donald (the one with the fireworks). It seems to damage Saix a good bit as well as empty his berserk gauge.
