What race do you guys think wiccans usually are? This is kind of weird. I myself am black ( Bet you all didnt know this smile ), and ive only met a few black wiccans or pagans. Is it meant to be this way or does it have to do with the interest? I was just thinking of this.

Wiccans and pagens can be of any race or color in my opinion. It is a matter of choice. I became pagen with practice. and all my other close friends are wither wiccan or druid. they werent born of it but chose to become it. Wicca is a free religion. there really isnt a race. but it did all start in europe, that is. if it wasnt for wicca though, would u think there would be any christianity?

Well umm im sure there are all races ingrained in wicca but for the most part atleast what i have seen they are white (but i come from a place that was pretty much all white people). and fat did you know that wicca is the fattest religion... seriousley like there was actual study done on it. Im going to go find a link but i heard it off of the raidio show love line a while back so it might have changed since then. Edit: it seems that baptists have taken the lead in the weight area. http://www.leadingchangeinc.com/article/baptist-are-the-fattest atleast they say it there not sure how good that sorce is.

I would have to agree strongly that it's interset, because where I live, I know numerous people of all ethnicities and races that are Wiccans and or Pagans and some of them also practice other religions (that of their families) as well.

Well, I guess it is interst-based and not on race. My friend is black and I have another freind that's hispanic, so I guess its not a specific race.

Yes, you're right.Wicca was not established till the 1950's by Gerald Brosseau Gardner read up on your history please. Im not saying there were not pagans because obviousley there were since pagans where there way beond catholosisum and the only reason why christianity has anything to do with pagan religion is because they changed things to try to convert pagans into christans. Like making the religion more user friendly. Im really trying to give out facts in a friendly way here im not trying to bull s**t anyone these are just the facts wicca does have roots in older religions but itself is very new and no one should delude themselfs into thinking otherwise

Speaking as a former Catholic, there is nothing in Caltolocism that is based on Wicca; Wicca did not exist at the birth of Christianity or during the spread to be adopted. It has adopted Pagan elements from its spread throughout Europo, holidays to coincide with major Pagan festivals and celebrations to encourage these Pagans to turn away from their gods and turn to Christianity as the one true way.
Christianity itself is a spin off of the Hebrew faith, and has taken very little influence from other Eatern religions. Primarily because it did not come into contact with any.
