That's a really tough question.
I enjoy "Qpid" and "Deja Q" I guess, slightly moreso than the others. "Encounter at Farpoint" cracks me up and I've never yet seen "All Good Things..." the whole way through, but I like it a lot.
Oh! "Tapestry"! I love "Tapestry".
I love them all.
I haven't seen the Voyager episodes, but I'd guess I'd like those too.

I forget the episode title but one of my favs was when he gave Picard the chance to redo his younger years. The episode itself was alright but what really stands out was early in the episode where Q made the claim that he was God. Picard's response was priceless.

I must say I love "Deja Q" simply because it has Q being his pure Q-ness since he can't snap away and be Q somewhere else.
"Death Wish" is also a good episode because it gives you deeper insight into Q and also the Continuum. Oh how I love that dirt road!

I love the episode Deja Q, especially when Guinan puts the fork in his hand and he squeals because he's never felt pain before. It was great. John DeLancie is a terrific actor and he plays the part very well.

I like the part where he orders 10 chocolate sundaes, because he's never eaten before. He's fine until he sees Guinan.

My favorite is the DS9 episode with Q. The only scene I've seen is the "You hit me! Picard never hit me!" part, but that's all it takes to make it my favorite. xd
