I personally haven't read it yet. I've gotton some mixed reviews and would like to know the opinions from the fans. .

So what did you think of the manga ?

It was pretty good. The art though was not that grand but the story was good. the cover was deceiving.

I saw it in Borders the other day and was like "Ooo pretty." Then opened the book to find what was inside, utterly upset that I was.

There are some intresting fact about the entire story that I find usefull, but I don't like the overall story. I think Toby going back to become Goblin King is ridiculious.

The entire thought of it makes me think of Jareth as some cradle robbing ***** (this is me looking over the fact that he's 1000's of years older than Sarah).

I see what you mean though K-Anne about the story line. It sounds interesting, but not as spectacular as if they were to perhaps re-enact the movie. . . or go into Sarah's life after she returned home. . or just the aftermath.

I'm a little nervous about buying it. =|
So many negative reviews, mostly on art, and bad art tends to give me a headache...

But it'll probably still be worth it to check out one volume.

I think the manga was really just made for the Labyrinth fans. The art and story line, is a bit shaky and on the down side. So if your looking for a really good story and wonderous art you might want check something else out.

Who knows. . . they may surprise us with a brilliant story twist in volume II.

The cover art is alluring. I believe it was done by the same artist that draws the " Alichino " manga, Kouyu Shurei. Too bad the inside art isn't as good. ^^ lol
