Melfina rose I heart Vandread. Its the most awesome anime in space next to Gundam wing. i would have to disagree. the best anime ever is either Cowboy Bebop, Evangelion or Fruits Basket.

I've never heard of it... sweatdrop I've seen Gundam Wing though.
But like T3nch1 said, I'd have to disagree too... though I say that One Piece (the japanese original version) is the best anime (my profile proves my addiction). I did see the Cowboy bebop movie though, and I must say that it rawked. 3nodding Although it was very long, and I had to watch it in 2 seperate sittings, it sure did pull me in... eek And I've never watched Evangelion or Fruits Basket. But I have been thinking of watching Fruits Basked; Puddles of Memories (or something like that). Since it looks like a good film.

For me the best anime series to me and shall be a classic in my heart will be Fooly Cooly. My favorite anime next to Zone of the Enders and .hack
Btw for all you mecha maniacs if you dont know Z.O.E. then you must check it out it is the best mecha anime out there. Not to mention the game beats the crap out of any other mecha game out there and I have yet to find any mecha game accomplish what Z.O.E. has accomplished.

For some reason, I've noticed Fooly Cooly to be titled FLCL in anime websites.
Vandread is very ecchi so I liked it a lot
and Robotech, well, it's a classic and deserves respect but the comics they're re-drawing are just awesome.

I have seen Out Law star thought and it has some robotics in it.
