The psychic abilities are as follows:
Telepathy: You are able to read minds and talk to people using your mind. NOTE: This only works with human minds. A telepath will not be able to hear all dragons. Level 1: You can not read thoughts, but you can read and send emotions. You can tell exactly how someone feels, despite attempts they may make to hide it. Level 2: You can read ungaurded surface thoughts (things the person is thinking of at the moment that they are not trying to hide). Level 3: You can read deep thoughts (thoughts the person does not want others to know). Level 4: You can read people's memories. Level 5: You can use the power of suggestion, making someone think they see, hear, feel, taste, or smell what you want them to.
Telekinesis: You can move things with your mind. Level 1: You can move small objects (about the size of a firelizard) Level 2: You can move medium size objects (about the size of your torso) Level 3: You can move large objects (about the size of a fully grown man) Level 4: You can move big objects (about runnerbeast size) Level 5: You can move huge objects (about the size of a green dragon)
HAD (Hears All Dragons): You can hear the thoughts of all dragons and firelizards, not just your own.
Awareness: You are able to use your abilities to control your own body. You can put your body in suspended animation, during which you are asleep and will not need food or water for seven days. You can also heal yourself at three times normal speed.
Gaining new abilities: I will, on occasion, decide to give a character another ability in addition to the ones they currently have. I will make a post saying something to the effect of: "(Ability) awakens in (Person)." When you see this, your character has the new power, but still needs to learn how to use it. How they do that is up to you.

Assimilation: You have to ability to 'borrow' psychic stamina from other people. Example: Let's say your character has been using telekinesis for a long time without a break. Eventually, they will get mentally fatigued, and their telekinesis won't be as strong. If they have Assimilation, they can simply 'borrow' stamina from another telekinetic, allowing them to continue use of telekinesis.

Level two Assimilation: One can 'borrow' an other kind of power from somone and use it for a short period of time. Example: Even if you have telkinisis you can borrow telepithy, or some other power, from someone and use it for around an hour. After about 45 min, the power will slowly start to fade away.

May I suggest the power of Foresight. I know it's a vauge power and all that, but it could come in handy for making things more interesting.

*Nods* I agree with El. Premonitions as a power could prove to be very helpful for future activities, so long as the power isn't abused. (But isn't that the way with any powers? ^_~)
