i found this site whilst looking for cleaning tips, and i thought it deserved a post of its own.
it seems to cover just about everything, and there are many recipes for natural healthcare/remedies etc 3nodding

Another site that's pretty cool is Make Your Own Cosmetics. Some of the items are a little pricey but there's list after list to try. And 90% of the recipes will tell you how much the recipe yields, shelf life, and price point for the items included. I haven't tried anything yet but I plan to!
