Anyone have reccomendations for free pet sims, like Neopets, Horseland, PowerPets?

The only one I've ever heard of was neopets. There was this one site I remember seeing. M-something pets. I think I saw the advertisement for it on that Adventure Quest game online.

Zetapets is pretty good if you like neopets you should try it 3nodding

I like the different pets there a bit more like anime I guess, compared to neopets

I'd recomend Subeta it's very good and it has even more than just pets, just check out the site to find out 3nodding
