The first page I give you is somewhere near the beginning so dont worry:
Asakura rode up beside him on a black mare and patted him on the shoulder. “You worry too much. You should try to relax and let things just play out. I don’t see how all this worrying has driven you insane yet, or at least given you a few gray hairs.” She let her hand slide off his shoulder, down to a resting position beside her.
What Lance said next surprised her, “I’m sorry if I’ve worried you. I just couldn’t stand to lose another friend.”
Asakura blinked in astonishment before saying anything, “It’s okay Lance. Y’know you are one of the sweetest guys around that I know of.” He smiled just as a shadow passed overhead. He looked up to see the red-orange plumed formed of Phoenix flying overhead. Something nudged his leg and he looked down to see what was the cause. The wolf pup that was Celsius had poked him with her paw, she was holding a business card in her mouth.
Lance took the card and read it aloud to himself. “Remial Detheon , information specialist and gun for hire, call 606-636-6866. Main branch located in Sky City. Spike must have slipped this into my stuff.” He patted Celsius gently on the head and scratched behind her ears. The pup quickly disappeared back into the saddle bags.
After a few hour of riding in silence they reached the gates that signaled the levi-platform. He guided them to a stable where they could leave their horses. He slung his and two of the other’s saddlebags over his shoulders. He took the time to give Judgement a pat on the nose before turning towards the gate. As he approached the gate a voice called out, “Welcome to Sky C…oh, hey Lance.” The young female gatekeeper came out of the guard shack and walked closer to the,. “Wow, what’s with all the ladies?” she asked raising a quizzical eyebrow.
“I need some help around the house,” he shrugged as he answered.
She swept a strand of her brownish hair from her emerald eyes. “You could have hired me. Better that working around here and getting looks a feels from about every guy who passes through.”
Lance chuckled a little at this. “Well stop by around nine and we will see if we can arrange anything. By the way, how are things going with Chaud?”
“Things didn’t work out between us. Things just got too complicated.”
“Hey, that reminds me. Do you know a…Remial Detheon?“ he asked.
She put a finger to her lips thoughtfully. “Remial…yeah I know of him. He was sweet but not really my type. I could never tell what he was thinking. He even seemed like several different people at times, he just kept changing.”

“Can you give me a description of him?”
“Lets see…Auburn hair…blue-gray eyes. Kinda like smoke over water. A little shorter than you with hawk-like features, a good bit of muscle, and a bit of fluff. Made him look like a teddy bear.”
“Thanks…Enticing Nocturne.”
“No problem…Chronos Commander.” As she walked away Lance noticed she had a nice shape to her body.. He shook his head furiously, he HAD been spending too much time with Spike.
Asakura walked up beside him, “Enticing Nocturne? Chronos Commander.”
“Bounty Hunter code names” Lance ushered them all to the single platform that would take them up to Sky City. It slowly rose into the clouds. When it stopped they all stepped off onto a concrete road. Lance walked at the front of the pack since he was the only one who knew the way. Soon they were in front of a moderately sized house. He stepped up to the door, placed his hand on the knob, and pushed. The door did not open, though, until hr produced a small key from his pocket, inserted it, and undid the lock. The first room that the door opened to was a cozy foyer.
“Finally, we’re home,” Lance sighed happily. Asakura had been here only once before but she seemed as amazed as the first time.
Chelsea stepped towards Lance when they were all inside and the door was shut, “At first we thought the pay wouldn’t be that great but, it seems you are pretty well off.” She said this while sweeping the foyer with her eyes.
Lance walked towards a door on the west side of the room. He reached for it, but stopped as a voice rang out in his head, “Ahh. I see your guild symbol has been reactivated. We have an important assignment that needs your immediate attention.”
Lance responded with thoughts of his own. “I have some matters that need attending to first.”
He turned around to talk to Asakura, “I’m going out for a bit to get some information on this Remial character. You take the girls to the mall just a few blocks down.” He handed her a small card with the words “Sky City debit account”. After she had taken the card she yelled to the others, who in turn let out a wild cheer. Following their departure Lance walked over to a wooden set of drawers near one of the couches in the next room. He opened them and pulled out a slab of stone carved with an intricate design and runes at each of the four cardinal directions. Placing his finger on the southern one and moving in a counter clockwise direction he traced each in turn.

A light surrounded him and he soon felt the familiar feeling as thought he were flying through the air. When he could see clearly again there was an old man standing in front of him. He was wearing a brown wool robe with wooden sandal. The man was bald but his eyebrows hung down to his cheeks and a small moustache adorned his face. Lance was not in his house anymore, but rather the Bounty Hunters Guild.
“Good timing Lance, we have an assignment for you.”
“It will have to wait,” Lance said as he marched towards an outlet in the wooden wall marked “receive payment window“. He put his guild seal in a small slot below the window. The closed shutters shot open to reveal a woman behind the counter working furiously with a computer. Instead of the traditional monitors she was wearing one of the new visor monitors so Lance could not see her eyes. She did have short brunette hair, he could see that at least.
Soon she spoke to him. “Lance Stone. Guild tag: Chronos Commander. Picking up rewards?”
“Yes,” Lance replied.
“One S-1 rank bounty, three C-5 ranks and six beast variety missions. That’s four million five hundred thousand zenny. Would you also like to pick up the valuables you left with us?”
“Please.”
“That will be one amulet enchanted with slow falling, a set of gloves with open lock and disarm trap, and one amulet of an unknown material and with an unknown enchantment.” She carefully placed the items on the table, not knowing the motions that would set them off. Lance stuffed the gloves and one of the amulets into his back pocket. The one the guild could not identify was actually a winged watch, if only they knew its exact properties.
The next thing Lance knew he was on his back, out of breath, and his chest was heavily burdened. He opened his eyes to assess his situation. What stared him back in the face was an offset pair of eyes. One was a bluish color while the other was a yellow, almost snake-like. Lance was surprised to see it was a woman, but she was different, much different. She had normal brown hair with red tips, her face was also normal, but protruding from underneath her hair were cat-like ears. He looked to see she was wearing a red trench coat with a high collar, a black tank top, and normal blue jeans. What was even more unnatural was bellow her neckline was sleek brown fur, he assumed it ran all over the rest of her body.
She tilted her head, looking at him like a curious cat. “Is this really him?” she asked as she climbed off of him.

The guild master walked up behind Lance as he was getting up from the tackle. “Yes, this is our legendary Chronos Commander.” Lance brushed himself off and attempted to unruffled his shirt.
“He doesn’t look like much,” she stated eyeing him up and down. She started licking what was more hand than claw.
The guild master cleared his throat. “I assure you he I one of our best operatives.” He turned to look at Lance, “your quest is to take on Kait as an apprentice.”
Lance put a hand to his temple, “Then why the hell did she attack me if she wants me to teach her.”
Kait stopped grooming herself for a second. “You had something shiny on you.”
Lance looked at her quizzical, “What?”
Kait wagged a finger at him, “I have a thing for shiny objects. You had one so I attempted to take it.”
Lance grabbed the winged watch he had placed around his neck and clutched it tightly. “Trust me this is no shiny object you want a part of.” Lance continued to study her as he questioned the guild master. “Sir, what is her tag?”
The guild master turned to look at the cubby-holed wall that held the requests for jobs. “She has decided to that “alluring kitten” would be the best choice. Now I have a question for you. Why have you returned to the guild. Usually you only come for something important. If I remember correctly it was to help someone with a disease last time, one we barely cured in time.”
“Yes, but this time I need information on someone. A Remial Detheon.”
The guild master maneuvered to a nearby chair and sat down. He began to rub his forehead as if onset by sudden headache. “You are actually looking for “Wild Card” Detheon?”
“Yes.. Wait he has a guild tag? He is a guild operative?” Lance replied.
“Yes. We have had some animosity with him. He tends be combative towards the guys and is a playboy with the ladies. His strength well surpasses his years. We thought about putting a bounty on him, but we withdrew it with his recent bounty intake.”
Kait spoke up so suddenly that Lance gave a start, “Kait met him once. He promised to give her a shiny present next time we met. A bit of a rogue that one, but he cant be all bad if he gives free shiny presents.” She began to scratch behind her ear when she was done speaking.
