Do you use the C Stick? Do like playing against people who use the C Stick? What other thoughts do you have about the C Stick?

i like using the c-stick because it is easier to make combos.
i don't really care if the other person uses the c stick or not.

The c-stick isn't cheap, but it's a way to be able to use smash attacks without the half-second it takes for the charging. Just being able to straight up use smash attacks is useful, and it's not cheap at all.

I main Ganondorf.
C-stick should be used in the air for his aerials, so you don't accidently use your double jump when trying to do a U+air.
Beyond that, I hate C-stickers. A C-sticker is someone who spams the c-stick on the ground, and only that.

I agree with metroidmania, the C-stick is a legit way to use quick smash attacks. Though I don't use it a whole lot, I'm learning it. I don't really mind if others use it or not. If that's the way they learned to fight, so be it.

@Sipura_Shadow: Do you know how to wavedash? No? I didn't think so.
C-Sticking is a MUST in high level/pro level play, how do you expect to do retreating Fair shuffl's with Marth or Link, or Bair, Fair Combo's with Sheik?

I use the C stick when I can't get the other ways to work. Especially with some characters it' hard to pull off certain combos without it thinking that you're trying to do something else.

cstick pwns, its not that of an advantage for regular smash attacks, maybe a tad faster, but the real advantage is so you can keep the DI you want i.e. fade away with marth while doin a fair to keep them away, also it helps a crap load for learning to pillar with falco

I beleive the c-stick doesnt work as well, although quite helpful in vs, if you try other things your used to the c-stick so then you have to go back to using combos instead. Which is awkward.

Your head Asplode.
I stand by my previous statement...
I use the c-stick for aerials. I will occasionally (and probably should get into the habit of) using the c-stick for a fast smash.
That is more or less it.
I never abuse it on the ground like some other people I know. Not directed at anyone here... this time... cool

I've always used the A button for SHBAWDs, but now I've learned to use the C-stick and it's much better because I can move forward while doing it easier, better mindgames with the direction I'm going, etc.

If anyone can show me how to do marth's ShDFair without c-sticking I'll donate them 10k gold.
The c-stick is a must, not just for smashes but mainly for aerials.

Really? I'll go record myself doing it. EDIT:: When I play Marth (not very often) I do use the C-stick for the shdfair, but for the purposes of 10k gold, here's a video of me doing it with the A button (It's in training so you know I can't use the C-stick) http://youtube.com/watch?v=vCFk6-I7VsIWheres my money?
