you all remember that uber huge russian sub the kirsk that sank about 6 years ago? well it turns out it was carrying dozens of experimental supersonic missiles and nukes that were built to destry american air craft carriers by skimming across the surcafe of the water so that they were only seen at the last few seconds before impact "air craft carriers are the main reason the U.S. has so much power on the seas" and on to of that there are ablsolutley no treaaties that stop the use of nuclear weapons being launched from subs. the U.S soon heard of the kirsks location and what it had, so they sent out 2 smaller subs to circle around it to let them know they were being watched, but the kirsk accidentaly hit one of the amrican subs and nearly crippled it, the other sub pannicked and launched a torpedo that were desinged to punch though armour and explode inside a sub or boat at the kirsk. the prime minister of russia then suhed and mannaged to get the experimental missiles up before the U.N. could find out but for twice the russian military bugget, and then left the crew to slowly starve to death in the kirsk so that they could not tell anyone, and when they finnaly recovered the kirsk the 2 generals in it both had their keys in and about half turned to launch all their torpedos at america. and all while the kirsk was sinking and all was in a state of panic both russia and the U.S. had their nukes aimed at eachother ready to launch. and this was all on the news so its true.

Was it on the news now, or was it on the news 6 years ago?
I remember when it happened, but I haven't heard anything about it since. *shrug*

Had the sub been blown to bits it would have scattered "hot" material through out the oceans, raising average background radation a full 2.3%

This all sounds perfectly awful, but what has this got to do with me and you? I mean, it's not like Russia's openly hostile to us now.
