Hehe, I just got a modest collection of Star Wars books. I've only read The Mandalorion Armor, though...Good book.

I've read and own almost all of them. Gee, I nearly followed them religiously until in the middle of the Yuuzan Vong... Anikan Solo....!!!! A book or two after that and I couldn't handle it any more.
Does George Lucas want to destroy his entire creation? Does he want it to die with him? evil MAKES ME FURIOUS!!!!!!!!! scream
.... umm.... avid readers? Should I give him another chance and finish the New Jedi Order... or should I forget about it and stick to the wonderful classics such as Thrawn?

I actually haven't read the New Jedi Order... my sister has, though, and she hated it. xp Myself, I'm a bit reluctant to read the NJO.
For the record, George Lucas isn't really involved with the expanded universe and does not consider it canon. That much is clear, what with the prequel trilogy contradicting things that were established in the books and all...
