I loved the meals I had in Sweden. I'll base mine off of that:
Main drink: Water or saft (a swedish drink mix, sort of like Kool Aid but in liquid form) Appetizer: Boiled New Potatoes, knäckebröd and smoked salmon Salad: Lettuce, thinly sliced red onion and cucumbers. Tossed with italian or ranch dressing. Entrée: Kroppkakor with lingonberry jam Dessert: Blueberry pie with vanilla sauce Dessert drink: Virgil's Rootbeer

Hmm... I have different cravings, so I'll give you my current perfect meal Drink: Bottle of Fresca Jarritos (Strawberry flavored mexican soda. Its just like regular soda, except fruitier tasting and more sugary) Meal: Chicken Quesadilla with lots of mexican rice (very yummy), beans (Kind of like a bean dip), sour cream, and salted flour tortilla chips. Man, now I'm hungry!
