The Fitness Sub-Forum


This sub-forum is about fitness and every aspect on it from starting out to maintaining and improving performance.

This forum can be used for your questions and concerns from technique and injuries to increasing your endurance levels.

Please do NOT post "Am I too fat?" threads. I see a lot of these in LI and majority of the time, they are skinny girls which end up copping abuse and taunts from others. Instead post threads asking for help, not judgement.

Finally, everyone has a different image of what they think a 'perfect' body is. Although some may have some warped ideas on this, do NOT go off at that person. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. However, if the person expresses the wish to be a size 00, don't put them down, help them to realise that size is not everything and it doesn't always make a person happy etc.

So pretty much, be responsible and realistic when posting in this sub-forum
