Full Credits and Copyright for these recepies go to Primrose Academy and Primrose Laboratories in Belgium, Oostende. Below will follow a few recepies easy to make and take. Basically, they raise the immunity, but certain might help when having a cold too (I will mention that). I actually have 6 recepies, but only three are possible to be made at home, unless you have certain laboratory tools stored somewhere sweatdrop If you still wish for the other 3 recepies, I will post them or PM them.

Recept: Immunity stimulating powder
Ingredients: Drosera Rotundifolia (or another kind)___________ 20 g Eucalyptus Globulus__________________________40 g Ribes Nigrum________________________________40 g Althaea Off. (leaves)_________________________100 g
Grind the ingredients until the powder passes trough a 0.15 sieve. Grinding it with a coffee-grinder could make it easier.
Dose: 1 g each day, divided in 4 portions. Morning, Noon, Evening at dinner and once before going to bed. Put it in a glass of water, whisk shortly and drink.
Notes: Eucalyptus has different kinds. Certain of those are good for kids, others aren't. If you wish to give this to children, be sure to take a Eucalyptus that doesn't irritate children.respiratory system
