I know every song by heart, 'cause I've just watched the movie so often. My fave song is...um...lemme think... Heh, I think I pretty much love all the songs. My favorite character is Francis Sullivan/Jack Kelly, both because I just like the char and because Christian Bale is my favorite actor ever. I can't really think about a quote now, although I do think that Racetrack has the funniest lines. 'Hey, remember that tip I told you about?' 'Yeah?' 'Well, they forgot to tell it to the horse.' blaugh

Spot: "On da grounds of Brooklyn, yer honah." Judge: "Enough. I fine each of you five dollars or five months confinement in the house of refuge." Racetrack: "Hey, whoah, whoah, whoah, wait! Look, we ain't got five dollars! We don't even got five cents! Hey, yer honor, how 'bout I roll ya for it, eh? Double er nothin'!" Notes: Christian Bale (Jack) is playing the next Batman. (Which weirds me out, because I've seen him in Newsies and A Midsummer Night's Dream, so I keep picturing something like a singing, dancing Batman, riding a bicycle, and speaking poetic Middle English with a New York accent.) And Max Casalla (Racetrack) is currently playing Timon in The Lion King on Broadway!

He is so cute ^_^ I'm glad I don't imagine him like you do, Jojo-san. whee My poor brain. I wouldn't worry about the accent though, he uses a different accent if every movie he plays in. For example, he was the voice of Thomas in 'Pocahontas'. I didn't reaize that (eventhough I'm a huge fan) until I saw the ending credits. Plus, I've seen him in 'Equilibrium', which is a terrifying yet amazing good movie. He rocks in that one, does all sorts of Matrix-like stunts and does this wicked fighting style that looks like fencing with guns. So I'm pretty much dying to see 'Batman'. I can't wait. Oh, and thanks for the hug. :hugs back: wink

He is so cute ^_^ No he wasn't. That was Vince Vaughn who played Norman Bates in the remake of psycho. He did play the lead guy in 'American Psycho' though. That was made in 2000 and is an original. He also plays Thomas in Disney's Pocahontas.

Christian Bale played Thomas?? I did not know that. The knowledge fills me!
*Ahem*. Mental image amended to a singing, dancing, bicycle-riding, incredibly nervous Batman speaking poetic Middle English with a New York accent. And holding a musket.

My friends and I had a whole Newsies party a couple of weeks ago! We had to watch every song scene several times because, admit it, dancing boys are just plain attractive.
I heart Blink! and Spot. ....and Crutchy!! *awww*

Equilibrium was AWESOME! I loved it ^___^ I can't wait to see Batman either because I really like the Batman character and Christian Bale is my favorite actor so it's only natural that I am going to go see it. 3nodding If I didn't there would have to be something SERIOUSLY wrong with me xd
There is a new one out in theatres with him....OMG he looks so creepy! eek he lost like a ton of weight for it so he is like nothing but skin and bones practically. *shudders* I still wanna see it though
I have an old picture of him from a magazine from when he did an interview right after newsies came out. 3nodding
