The Log/Diaries Sub-Forum
This area is for those of you who would like to keep a log/diary of your current quest to be healthier. That can be one for fitness, it can be for nutrition, it can even be a diary to write down your thoughts every now and then to clear your mind.
The only condition to your log/diary, the title must have your name and purpose in it (eg. "KaseyBaby's Fitness Log - Karate" ~ it belongs to KaseyBaby, it's for fitness and sport specific). It doesn't have to be sport specific, it could be about healthy eating or improving your endurance levels. Anything is fine. Also the first post is your intention for the log/diary. It doesn't have to be long, but just why you are creating a log/diary and your aims out of doing it.
Please make sure that it follows Gaia's TOS and that it is not a thread to promote unhealthy habits (eg. loosing weight through fad diets and not eating much).
