ok guys i ddint see this up and i was rather curious to hear other's thoughts on this....of the horror games that have become movies and vice versa, which have you liked or disliked?
personally, i love the resident evil series and felt the movies were barely mediocre. But i'm a fanatic of the silent hill series and i absolutely loved the film. its become one of my more recent faves

I rather like the Resident Evil movie series myself, but I never actively played the games. I suck at playing such games, so I watched a few of my friends play through them.

i love the RE series...the games are great but alot of the silent hill storyline plays like a well orchestrated horror story...lots of parts are unresolved. Ive played all of the RE games (my sister gets scared and i do my files and start hers off her her doing the first couple of kills etc.) and my fave is 4. the AI was amazing and the camera angles got me hooked on it. the camera add to alot of the suspence, something that i felt was dont earlier in the silent hill games which is why i play them more often. the puzzles are also a lil more challenging, thats something else i look to to enjoy a game. you dont wanna shell out alot of money for a game youll beat in a couple of hours.

I think I'll have to try my hand at them again. xd I think I'd enjoy Silent Hill a lot.

Alone in the Dark is a movie to kill for. The director, the cast even the caterers, they all should pay. stressed

Bloodrayne. I heard the movie sucked. But the game was fun as hell.
