What is it that drew you to Castlevania? I guess the dark storylines drew to me Castlevania, what with vampires and such, and the music is a great bonus. 3nodding

Well. . . It all started when a long time ago I loved to watch my brother play Symphony of the night. (I was pretty little then.) It was a few years later that I actually played it myself, my first game was Aria of Sorrow that I got for Christmas. I've always loved vampires and dark story lines, and I just fell in love with it!

Hmm...Well, the first Casltevania game I played was the NIntendo 64 version of it. But, I've always been interested in vampires, and I guess that's what patially drew me in. But the actualy game play, the monsters, plot line, it's all so good. 3nodding

My first Castlevania game that I played was Castlevania 64 around 5 or 6 years ago and I liked playing it. I also played the next Castlevania 64 game called Legacy Of Darkness. After I played that I found out there were more Castlevania games.
I soon started to play all th games in the series and I have liked Castlevania ever since.
What I really liked about the Castlevania series though was the story and gameplay.

... New Guild rule... No one is allowed to imply that SotN came out when they were little. I was in Collage back then... You're making me feel OLD! domokun Anyways I saw the game when Simon first went through the castle, sucked at it, (I was under 8 years old back then) and opted not to bother. Then back in Collage a room mate's friend had SotN and I played it and liked it. So after that I waited for another game to interest me, but 64 didn't look good, and Nathan's storyline made no sense (He's not a belmont but has vampire killer?). Juste just because I heard that the game had a few problems, then jumped back on when AoS came out and have stayed.

I was probably around 10-ish.

I don't remember. But it was probably the skills you get to use and the gameplay, Castlevania is one of its kind out there (see, they have pokemon, and those rpg games).

Oh... my first Castlevania game... I can't remember whether it was Castlevania 2: Simon's quest, or Castlevania 3: Dracula's Curse. But I believe it was CV3.

I remember when NES didn't exist and I played the Atari 2600; then I got the Atari 7800. Can you imagine what Castlevania for Atari would have looked like?
