So of course we all knew that this one was coming. Itachi deserves to be debated over just as much as Sasuke. xD Okay...Maybe not as much, but the same amount.
So here we go. Things to discuss:
- Why did he kill the clan?
- Does he look good in girly red clouds?
- Is he as crazy as we think or is he faking it?
- What do you think is his weapon of choice?

- Why did he kill the clan?
They were pushing him too hard, so he thought: Hey, if I kill them they'll all know how strong they are and regret forcing me to become an ANBU leader at age 13! *eyetwitch* (Sorry, Itachi-kun, that's not how life works...when people die they don't regret things...)

Somewhere, deep in his heart, there's a little warmth for his cute little brother who is totally a retard now....No offence to Sasuke fans. I only liked Sasuke when he was an ity-bity boy. So...cute!

Why did he kill the clan?
There are many things we cna consider. My theory is that he was being oushed to hard. Since he was a prodigy and the pride of the clan, everyone expecte dthe best of him and pressured him. Soon, he just couoldn't take it and snapped. Also, I believe that he met the Akatsuki before and that influenced him.

He isn't crazy. He's just not mentally stable.

His finger. He liked to poke foreheads. XD

I believe so. Otherwise, why didn't he killed him? After all, Sasuke was one of the weakest ninjas in the clan? Also, he wants Sasuke to be strong and surpass him maybe. So he's pushing him to work hard and train hard. He pressures Sasuke the way he does so that Sauske can get motivated.

I agree with you. Although I find the main reason he killed them is that he didn't want Sasuke to be pressured as much as he was if he left the village.

Like he said, To test his strength. He's good like that, and I think he didnt want to have an emotional tie to anyone because he felt that it was pointless and would cause him to be weak. Just my oppinion.

I dont think he's crazy, or even acts it. I just think he's straight up evil. Really, I mean, he killed his clan, he didnt eat them. If he ate them, he could be considered crazy. In my eyes, he's just Insane in an evil way. So yea. Lolx.

Duh! I mean, I think Sasuke was the only one he actually loves. He cant kill him. He could have killed him. But didnt. He could have killed him AGAIN but didnt. Why? Because Sasuke is the only one that really cared for him. And wanted to be him. And thats what makes it so sad. Sasuke just cant see it. And Ill cry. Lolx.
