i don't have much to say for this because i think that everyone has different tastes and that there can't really be a bad musician unless they're dropdead awful but i haven't come across that yet 3nodding
but! who do you consider a bad musician?

Hmm...I dunno myself.
I'd say that any of those mopey, emo artists that just play accoustic and talk about how emo they are. That really gets on my nerves. They don't really contribute anything to music, and they aren't too terribly creative either.

Even though they really aren't musicians, I'm going to say those pop singers- Hillary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, etc.

OMG I AGREE WITH THE ACTRESS THING! There are others though.
a) Most Rappers
b) Anyone who doesn't write their own music (at least most of the time)
c) Anyone who doesn't make music for the sake of the music. That can be confusing, but to me that means people like Weird Al, who uses music for comedy, not just for the music. I don't know if anybody will understand that but I tried.... xd

Weird Al is cool, but he is more of a comedian than a musician, which kind of puts him out of the running for a "good musician" thing. In my mind anyway, I suppose it is arguable.

anything emo/screamo/extremo sure music is supposed to be emotional but they just make it depressing and the screamos/extremos just make it more depressing just with some screaming in it stare I hope the emo/screamo/extremo scene ends already! I tired of the growing number of emo/screamo/extremo clones in my school they all look the same my bestest friend since kinder turned screamo like 2 or 3 years ago and I still hang out with her but I don't think I'm gonna be turning screamo anytime soon...I think I'll just stick to being who I'am and liking the music I like...people are just being emo/screamo/extremo 'cause it's "cool" but to me they're just being followers scream
