Rules
- PM your profiles to me and only me before posting it.
- Vampires only in the Vampire Subforum.
- The hideout will be based here, I'm allowing you to create threads to branch off the hideout.
- Yes, Vampire specific weapon shops/bars belong in here. But I don't want to see hundreds.. There will be 1 or 2 at the most.
- Any repeat threads/OOC threads will be deleted.
- You wanna send a note round to the vampires? Use the note sticky.
- If you're creating your own room, please put [Room] at the start, and a short description in the first post would be nice.
- If you are wanting to enter anyone's room, you must knock.. It's not nice to simply barge in.
- If you see any other race in here and you know they shouldn't be in here, please be vigilant. PM me if so.
- Follow your races directions. No "disappearing in the shadows" if your race doesn't have that ability.
- Other races are allowed to post at the bar AND AT THE BAR ONLY!!
Facts about Vampires
- Vampires males can have babies with human females. That's where Dhampirs come from ^^ This does not mean go out and have kids, we don't need anymore...
- A vampire's sense of vision is thought to be very acute. This is largely due to the fact that they are a nocturnal creature, and therefore must be able to adapt to their environment. It also explains why sunlight is thought to be so painful to their eye.
- Hearing can be heightened in a vampire body. This allows them to hear mortals from a great distance (far greater than human ears could pick up) and also to discern when another vampire draws near.
- Vampires can NOT stand Lycans. It is rare for them to get along because Lycans as a race were once the caretakers of the Vampires as they slumbered during the day. Thus, they were slaves. One fateful day the Lycans gathered in a large force and rebelled against the Vampires, freeing themselves of their slavehood. That is the start of the true Vampire/Lycan wars. After that day, it was passed through the generations of Vampires to hate the Lycans and vice versa.
