The chambers have been used by every elder that has graced New Orleans with their presence, though the bed is new. As you enter the chambers themselves you see walls lined with books, old and new. On the wall near a door, off to the left of the large room is a desk. As you enter the door to the left of the desk you see the bed from the right side. The room itself is large, having two couches and a large TV. The colors used in this room are reds, blacks and purples. The bed is large, larger then a king size. Its no ordinary four post bed, its detail is fine and very expensive. On the left wall straight ahead from the door you use to enter the room, is another door. This door leads to the Elder’s bathroom which has two showers and a large bathtub. Back in the Elder’s Chambers is a pair of glass doors that open out onto a balcony that overlooks New Orleans and the Bay that is further on.
