*The lights go out and Down with the Sickness by Disturbed begins to play. T.J. Angel walks out carrying his kendo stick in one hand and wearing the GZW Endurance title around his waist. He does his HBK pose with the kendo stick on his shoulders as pyrotechnics go off behind him. As he stands up the lights come back on. He walks down to the ring and rolls under the bottom rope. He gives his stuff to the ring hand and waits for Roca.*
