Lunaris paced silently by an apple tree. He had not seen anyone he knew today and was growing lonely. Pulling an apple from the branches, he took a bite but quickly grew preoccupied by his growing boredom. Maybe he should go look for someone? He wasn't sure what to do so he walked around the apple tree several more times.

Chaser stood by the river taking a sip she was so bored and so tired for no apperent reason she looked up seeing a blue and white stallion one who she hadnt been great friends with but she knew him she smiled walking towards him"Lunaris!How are you dear friend?!"She shuffled a hoof giving him a warm smile

A famliar voice filled his ears and immediately he perked up and looked in the direction of the chiming voice. "Ah! Good day, Chaser!" He kciked the half eaten apple in some brush by the tree and headed in the direction of the warm brown mare. "I'm doing very well! Well, actually, I was looking for some company since most of the day I have been alone."

She looked at him and smiled"Same here!I have spent my day insearch of a friend to say hello to!"She gave him another smile her mane blowing with the very soft wind she watched the sky for any birds but nothing appered in the sky she turned her attention towards Lunaris"Sad how each of us where alone today!"

Lunaris smiled at the pretty mare, her mane looked even more shiny than usual blowing in the breeze. With his eyes locked on her mane he replied, ""Yes, sad. But also strange. Possibly.. fate?" He looked up at her eyes and raised an eyebrow. "I do believe it may be." He flipped his mane out of his eyes gracefully.

She giggled slightly putting her front hoove up she smiled at him she liked this soquili he was so much fun and very kind to her"It may have been fate my dear Lunaris"she gave him a warm smile and nipped his mane playfully

He laughed and trotted around her. He liked to trot around her, as it was one of the first things he did when they first met. "So what brought you to this neck of the land?" He trotted more slowly as he spoke, his hooves padding almost silently across the grass.

She watched him trot around her she gave him a big smile"Oh nothing but the birds I adore birds and I love watching them fly!"she continued to watch him trot around her she liked this it was fun becuase she was to hyper for ny of her friends to do this

"So you like birds?" He inquired, almost not asking... More, repeating. He stretched out his wings and flapped a couple times, a few feathers falling. "Remind you of a birdy?" He flapped a couple more times and hopped up and down, pretending to fly.

She gigged pushing on his flank in a yes she laughed almost falling"Yes it does remind me of a bird!"She nudged him"So how did you get your name Lunaris?Which by the way is a stunning name"She giggled at him again but wanted to learn the origian of his name

"Well, I've always been told it was becuase I was born at night, and my parents believed I resembled a moon beam.. somehow. That's where the "Luna" part came in. The "aris" was just to make it sound nice.. I guess." He paused for a moment poking her side with the tip of one of this wings. "Thank you. For liking my name, that is, Chaser."

She smiled at him"No problem Aris if I may call you that"she pushed on his flank"I adore your name if I have basket I hope mine name would be as nice as yours"She pushed on his flank again...this was the first real stallion she felt comfortable around not like Kale where it was akwerd

"Feel free to call me Aris, as long as I am allowed to call you Chaser. And you'll have beautiful baskets. I'm sure of it." He pressed his nose against her shoulder, poking her almost.

She blushed slightly thinking of her basket only seeing one whose she thought what would look like her she smiled"Of corse you may call me Chaser!I see no point in rainbow becuase then I feel like every other soquili with Just a name"she pushed on him"lets go to the forrest!I heard its scary at night but I am not scared easily!"

He raised his nose to the sky, being brave was something he liked. "I'll protect you, my fair mare!" He led the way towards the forest. "What have you heard about the things that dwell in the forest? I've heard many stories, none of which I believe to be true, of course." He gave a little snort.
