DAY 1

And now we begin.

Toya danced around the lair out of pure boredom. He then ran over and began to hop and bounce on the bed.

Kura watched and rolled her eyes. "You are in the strangest mood."

Take note that all Journal entries will be quoted. Actual RP that takes place in the lair will not be in quotes.

Brushing aside the thick curtain, Kismet entered Kura's lair. She seemed to have the same curtain fondness as his own mate...must be a female thing. He stepped in a bit timidly, not sure of the black's mood.

"Kura?" He looked around worriedly, hearing her crying.

Sitting down on the edge of the bed, Kismet hung his hands between his knees. "Kura, what's the matter?" He asked softly.

Kismet just smiled and swished his tail lightly. "You shouldn't worry about it. As far as I've seen, Homer is like that with everybody except his mother and Kryssik. That's why everyone keeps their distance." He patted her shoulder. "He has his own issues to deal out, and if he doesn't want help, there's nothing we can do about it. As long as he doesn't do anything that requires us to intervene, he's welcome to be as disagreeable as he pleases." Kismet's thoughts wandered to Kryssik, but he focused back at the matter at hand.

"Would you like some tea yourself? Or some soup? I'm really not that bad a cook!" Kismet laughed. He was sure he could handle a little soup...
