Hey Gaians!
Chibi-Pa, an anime festival in West Palm Beach, FL is having some problems! Due to mounting problems at the moment it appears that we will not be able to hold our 2006 event! Chibi-Pa is a FREE! event and our determination to keep it a free event has been our downfall. Most conventions charge registration in order to cover all their costs. Some cons charge small amounts however some cons charge huge amounts. You may have to pay up to $100 to go to a convention JUST TO GET IN! We feel that you should be spending that money on items from the dealers then paying to go to the convention! What we all currently need to do is make sure that Chibi-Pa can continue and have it's event this year. In order to do that, We believe that everyone could donate at least $1 to our event. Every penny counts! We need to get $2,500 in 8 days! If everyone was to donate at least $1 we should be able to get to that level within days! I believe we can do it, so let's get started! Instead of donating to get that monthly item, donate to Chibi-Pa in order to have a fun convention to go to. For anyone who donated $100 or more we'll list you in the con guide and have special events for you to attend that no one else could attend. Special access to our guests, free swag, etc... Become a supporter of Chibi-Pa!

Hitome Takashi what do you mean pointless? Well, the deadline to pay has passed, plus Jason posted a rather nasty letter to the general public so it's pointless now.

Jason i no longer te chairman of Chibi-Pa now so hopefully the new chairman, Mike (or that's what I think his name is) will have it running again in 2007. And do a hell a lot better job than Jason did with the last 1. It sucked, there was nothing to do but walk around.
