Which do you think is the best Lion King movie? 1, 2 or three? (i think there's three lol)

And 3 is Timon and Pumbaa's side of the first movie. I say TLK is best, SP is 2nd best, and 1/2 is worst, but still very good. :3

The first Lion King movie is definitely the best of the three. I really don't think anything can obtain that same initial "feeling" that the first film carried. I enjoyed the second one though; I liked seeing what happened afterwards and how Simba took his responsibilities as the new king. But, about the second one, do they ever show Sarabi? Did she die or did they just choose to not show her? and also, what was Zira's relationship with Scar? Kovu wasn't Scar's son yet Zira was his mom..hmm, maybe she respected him as the former leader or whichever of the outlands and had her eye on him maybe? Who knows..but the songs of the second film; they were good. I really liked the opening, "He Lives in You" I'd have to say that I enjoyed it the most. The other songs were decent. But "Upendi" was just too much for me..it made it seem too hokey and less serious, which I think it should've been during that point of the movie (and since when do the characters continue singing the songs *after* the music and song is over? cough Kovu cough) But yes, overall, it was a good movie. The first was awesome and a masterpiece. Lion King 1 1/2 was interesting, watching Simba grow older and what he did in the jungle was amusing and the different points of view were nice. But it didn't feel like "Lion King" to me as much. I liked it, but I prefer the more dramtic, cinematic type movies. 1 1/2 was supposed to be more upbeat and fun, I know, but it's just not *my* style, it's fine if you think different, I'm just saying for myself that I really like great, powerful stories in films with a little bit of comic relief at times but still a good moral sense and strong emotion; something that's insightful and sticks with you for a long while. To me, that* was the first one, the other two were fair, but I'd agree to keeping to the beginning.

Number one is the best in my opinion. The second one was alright, but it didn't have the emotional impact that the first had. 1 1/2 was just terrible...

Number one is definitely my favorite. It has Cub Simba, my favorite character. Although I like Kovu and Kiara's love song better than Simba and Nala's. Sorry, I hope you don't hate me for saying that.

Sequils are never able to beat the original, so I vouch for The Lion King I.
I enjoyed number II; Simbas Pride, and the animation was still very good (notice sometimes that on sequils that goes down the hill. D; )
Wasnt a big fan of The Lion King 1/2, but it has its moments - I'll at least give it that.

I like number one the most. It was the first (obvisouly) and the one that I loved as a kid.
Movie 2 is alright. I don't like how in the end of movie one, the cub is obviously a boy, and then the begining of number 2, it's completly a girl, and looks completly different. I think they should have stuck with Kopa, like in the books. I also don't like simba's total change in attitude, and nala's little role in it.
I don't like 1 and a half very much.. Yeah it's funny and all. But it ruins the first movie =(

[Even a Small Light][Shines Brightest in the Darkness]  I, always being a fan of the original Disney movies, would have to say the original movie is the best out of the three. Simply because the first film had more emotion and sadness whereas the others were more happy and upbeat. I simply like the first one better because of the animation and the story line is better [In my opinion anyway] than the others. The second one was also quite good, though not as much as I would say for the first. At first the whole thing with Kovu and Scar puzzled me fore a while. Now that I'm a bit older, I can really understand that better. While the third one obviously wasn't as good as the others, that certainty isn't to say it was horrible. There was a bit too much humor, but I found it amusing to watch and I got a few laughs out of it. And in some cases it makes the first movie seem... not as emotional. But it was fun to see a bit of the way Simba grew up. [Never lose sight of your light]

Number one is awesomecore. Number 2 was very good, and I can't say I didn't like 3, although it wasn't my favourite.

Number 1 is defintly the best movi of them all. Lion king 1/2 was good....but we could of done without it. Number 2 was good, but not as good the first one
