Im sick and tired of us either being to nice or too tough. Well I think it will cause less stress if we are like YOU WANNA FIGHT HO ILL GIVE YOU FIGHTING *temp ban* Well.... thats a bit extremem but we seriously need to crack down. WTF? eek I'M SO CONFUSED. WHAT HAPPENED? People have been not respecting us and people keep breaking the ToS and its utter chaos. Partly because siamese and I have to deal with a most of the complaints. ... eek DUKES HAS ISSUES. And I don't think doing away with warnings will solve that. D: We arent doing away with them. We need to be TOUGHER with them Lets see... Five warnings 'til a temp ban. That'd be like... three days? When you get to three, you get a one day ban. That would show you why you don't want two more. For not-so-bad warnings, there could be the 1/2 or 1/3 warnings. So two or three would constitute one warning. That way, tiny things like the occasional drama-inducing Ego-insults wouldn't get her banned.

I dont think there should be a difference between warnings. If they get a warning its because they did something bad.

I disagree Monkey. I find that WAY too lieneant. They need to know we mean business. A one day ban is NOTHING. And 3 day ban isn't much either.
I say you get 3 warnings you're out for a week. And for every warning after that a week banning. If it gets too bad a permanent ban.
It may be tough, but if we want a nice, happy guild we need to be tough. There should be NO reason for being warned 3 times. There should be NO reason to be warned at all, really. If they cant play nice they dont deserve to be here.

What about the GAME? Keep it in mind. ^_^ A one day ban will put 'em on the missed vote list for that update. Multiple-day bans will possibly make them inactive. @Meru: That was just an example. ^^; Sometimes friendly insults accidentally start drama. If we're cracking down, there needs to be SOME KIND of warning, but a joking " mad U FAIL.

Half the guild doesn't care about the game. Going inactive wont matter to them. I see the guild and the game as two separate entities. In the game you can be a mean, spiteful, backstabber. In the D you cant be like that.

But we are JUST INTRODUCING this. Let's let them get used to it with 1-day bans before we hit them with the 3-day ones.

No, it's really not. I understand wanting rules and warnings and all that jazz, I'm no stranger to chaos, all I'm saying is that no one wants the Three Hitler-teers coming in. All I am saying is to be careful. In a movement like this, there is room for something that is supposed to be fun to be turned into something dreadful, from the side of the "Drama Llamas" AND the side of the "Enforcers".
