When i first finished the anime i thought that was the most coolest thing (and i thought that it was better than the manga) but when i got the last volume of the manga i soon found out that the anime was really crapy....so i was wounderin what you people thought do you like the anime better or the manga???

Definitely the manga. 3nodding *huggles volume 8 and shuns the last anime episode*

I lived the exact same scenario as you and completly agree. GONZO animation decided to take the anime in the direction of occult and horro, it was fine in the direction it was thank you!

Like Meroko, there some things I liked better in the anime and some I liked better in the manga. But if you just include everything, the manga was much better. It had more interesting plot twists and the ending was ten times better. I much prefer them growing old, and Rosette dying with her last vision being Chrono embracing her. It's more sad and fulfilling, than them just hiding away like they did in the anime. And much more like Rosette. Even if she was down she would never just hide away from the world.

I think I would defently prefure the manga, although I haven't read it. I would even prefure if both of them were mushed together in certain places for it to make since. I have seen pictures and I prefure things from the manga that should have been in the anime. For example, Rosette being teased once she got to the magdalen order. Rosette's first mission to become an exercist. Chrno getting his new powers. Rossette exercising Chrno, and stuff like that. I do like Rosette being the 8th virtue (which there really is) and is the "holy woman" instead of just a saint though. By means her brother is the virtue of Hope, why could not she be a virtue? That is one thing I prefured from the anime instead of the menga, and the ending episode, to me in the anime, even if she was hiding out, Chrno and she died together, but the rest of the ending did suck. In the manga she dies seven years later while Chrno still could possibly live! Plus he was not with her for those seven years until it was time for her to die. I think it is more romatic to die with your loved one at the same time. But then again, I wish they did live a little longer in the anime like the seven years in the menga. They had so much unfinished bussiness to take care of. That is all I am going to say. Flame me if you want, I will always keep my opinion...Until...I may have further knowledge (By means of reading the menga maybe).
