i did this for the ppl who like role playing once i get a moderator here we can start it up
Rules:
-No flaming
-Keep is PG 13
-No cybering Take it to the PM's
-No bumping
-Keep it looking nice. No oneliners
-Ask me Naruto_Uzumaki (Kyuubi) To start a new one.
--Length at least 4 lines
-No chatspeak

Can you add some more? Like:
-No God Modding,
-No over-the-top Bloodline Limits
-Make sure to give your character a few weak points if they are extremely strong. (for instance, in the manga, naruto does have amazing chakra, but he loses control when he uses it, and bleeds through every pore, and yeah...it hurts a lot. xD)
-Use OOC bubbles when talking out of character ((these things))
