My hope is to have artists of various skills come here to learn from each other about differnt techniques, critique each other, and even get together on collaberations!
This forum is for artists of all different styles. It is not specifically manga or anime related. ALL are welcome, no matter their skill level, and ALL can benifit learning from others. Please, be nice, and if you criticize someone, suggest an alternative approach.
But, I'm glad you came to look at the rules and guidelines of this subforum. We apply these rules so that everyone can stay on topic and have fun. Rather than have a thread that doesn’t belong and where it won’t get the proper attention.
What is the purpose of this forum?
This is pretty straight forward; it’s the Artist’s Corner. Meaning any form of art you can possibly think of. We have however a few basic rules for you to follow. They’re all common sense really.
-Keep everything PG13, this is a PG13 site.
-Don't post HUGE pictures that will gobble up the entire page.
-Don't put too many pictures in one page (not everyone has fast connection)
-Do not quote the first post of threads
-Post YOUR art, unless you are posting a reference to accompany it.
-We want to see art, not links to shops go to: http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=2777651 to advertise your shops, auctions, quests etc…
What kind of things can I post in this subforum?
-Art. Obviously you can post art that you’ve done. It can also be for things that you’re still working on as well. You can also ask for suggestions or for your art to be rated upon a certain scale. We’re here to help out our fellow artist aren’t we?
-Tutorials. If you’ve made a tutorial that you want to share with the guild, post it here. I’m sure it’ll be useful to someone. =)
-Collaborations and ArtTrades. If you want to work with someone on a picture or project, ask here.

Art Critiquing is welcomed, unless the artist specifically says they do not want any.
Art Flaming, however, is not tolerated. Being rude, offensive, or disrespecing the artist in anyway could result in a banning.
