i am sorry i think CIF is only in california........but it is the state competition for sports.

Ohio sucks for XC, there aren't any extra XC meets besides districts regionals and states, and ones schools put on.

no thats the invite that we do
C.I.F. is the races that you do after your league finals=P
there is CIF prelims which seperates the good from the not good enough
CIF seperates the good from the great
then there is State finals

well they did have the seated races and the top girl beat my flat 5k time by like 2 min on that hilly course xd
