I've found it harder to lvl up a Newman because when i was a cast I lvled up twice as fast.. but of course..newmans still do a hell lota dmg ^_^
sooo... yeh.. my newman is lvl 13

I think the online level cap is still at 50. I don';t know about the offline though.
