Now, I beleive it is safe to beleive that most of us have seen the anime. I am sure it is also safe to asume that most of us remember the first sceen, you know, when the oldish buisness man enters a room with a strange looking whore. He tells her what he would do to her if he were younger and s**t. Then you see centepeeds falling into the room! A strange dark man appears with a big gun! and he says his little speal about silencing the target and releasing controle lvl such and such, the man gets scared shitless, and the dark man tells him "Step away human" and then proceeds to pull out his big gun and shoot the whore in the head, she turns to dust before she hits the floor. The buisness man, on the floor scared shitless, says "V... vampire" and then the dark man is gone.

How did you respond to this sceen the first time you saw it?

I was amused beyond comprehension and I think I said something along the lines of "Oh yes, ******** awsome" and then proceeded to sit in the reclinder for another 6 hours watching the rest of the anime.

I believe the first thing I thought was, "********, she's hot."

That thought quickly died as soon as Alucard appeared. "NO, scratch that. HE'S hot!"

Then I drove my friends crazy by reciting the "Control Art Restriction" at random intervals.

Very odd. I want to know more about this Alucard and Hellsing.

I hadn't read the manga yet, hence the lack of knowing.

It took me a couple days to watch the anime-classes were rather important, but it remains my favorite over the manga.

I took a class in Collage titled "The History of Animation" and for our final project/grade we had to write a paper about a peice of animation and evaluate it and such as well as bring it in and show it to the class accompanied by a little speach thing. I brought and showed the 1st scean of Hellsing... the reactions were needless to say, entertaining, when the woman appeared on screan I heard a few guys in my class make funny little noises... I was entertained... My animation peice was well, the darkest and most violent peice that was shown and I feel a slight bit of accomplishment for that =^-^=

Your spelling hurts my brain. But anyway. I kinda just delayed any reaction to the first part, except I figured the guy was a vampire. But when the centipedes or whatever they were started falling, I was like, "Eh?" And when Alucard appeared: "This is gonna be a cool series, isn't it."

I thought the whore in episode 1 was the vampire all along. I didn't know it was supposed to appear as though the man was the vampire. o_O

The first time I saw Hellsing footage was an AMV at an anime convention, and I was nearly sh*tting myself from how awesome the fight scene was. I made a note to myself to immediately check out the series when I got back from the con.

I didn't need the beggining of the episode to know it was going to be a good anime, they had me at the intro song and credits video

I remember that I was drooling at the end of the first episode. Ahh... the awesomeness!
