I know it's been a while, but it's also been *dun dun DUN* finals week. xp Nooobody likes finals... actually, in High School, I DID like finals, but college finals are really no fun xd


anyway, I don't mean to slip into a pep talk or acceptance speech but thanks for applying to everyone and I love you all heart hehe usually I'd spend about two paragraphs saying that. Anyway! I kept all the applications so they're all still on file and everything for the future. If you didn't get picked for the job you wanted most, or if you didn't get one at all, it's never anything personal. In some cases, I've actually got something different in mind for those individuals ninja speshal things wink

exclaim Graphics Guru -- Anime Jet
In charge of making new graphics/headers/dividers/graphic-text whatever is needed. Especially making banners. Of course, they'd also be in charge of updating the graphics into the code where necessary themself.

exclaim Publicity Chairperson -- Chicky-chans Ghost
In charge of getting affiliates, updating affiliates, checking affiliate links, and generally advertising the guild wherever, especially wherever there's a thread asking for a colorist whee

exclaim A-Team Member -- spy//alex, Jeseia Moretia, !Mech_Scara
These people are in charge of moderating discussions in the guild, as well as picking up any "slack" they see lying around, especially in terms of updates and adding news. Adding "news" entries to the main thread or welcome page of the guild is important, and a new entry/update should be added every few days when possible. When something needs fixing, a member of A-Team just fixes it without asking, without assuming that someone else is "working on it." They also update information like samples, contact information, status, etc whenever PM'd by an artist, or when there's a new member.

exclaim General Sticky Manager -- Khetienn
In charge of managing and updating the current stickies and any others that should happen to be needed in the future. That includes the Resources/Tutorials Sticky, the Artist Database Sticky, and the Critique Arena.


Remember, if you're doing any job, you're automatically part of A-Team biggrin

If anyone needs help figuring out what to do with their new job, feel free to PM or IM me with questions. Otherwise, just do whatever YOU think needs to be done! You were chosen because we trust your judgement and we know you'll do a good job biggrin

PS -- I'm disappointed no one wanted the pet shop job. I got the feedback that it was too big of a job. Well it definitely is too big of a job for ME to run that aaaaaaaand anything else, so I'm not sure yet if I'm just going to look for a tagger for now, or if I'm going to the general petshop thread and find someone outside the guild to run the shop. One thing is certain: I cannot do it anymore sad poor dragons

I can tag pets, but I really don't want to take responsibility for the entire thing, because I already have a ton of things I'm doing and I know for sure I would neglect it. :/


I do have one suggestion though- I think that Teh Colorist needs to PM everyone who is a member and ask them if they're still interested...and kick out those who don't respond within, say, a week.

Then we'll have slots open to hire more artists who *are* interested, and keep the place active.

sure I'll do it. smile I'll PM Roseanne a copy of it before I send it to make sure everything's spiffy and cool. wink Would that mean I also kick out the people that aren't interested, or would I just send the letter?

Btw am I supposed to have crew status, or am I missing something? Just a little confused. xd
