She was ecstatic to finally get away from home; not only that, but her owner was allowing her a little free time on her own now! But only for a short while; she was still young yet. Giggling to herself as she remembered what happened the day before, she raced across the white blanketed ground in search of her friends.

As she came to the peak of a small snowhill, she sniffed the air, occasionally wagging her tails. She was already hot from her short, excitable run! She ignored that and continued to look around; boy, she had grown, though! Kazilu happily began to nose around the area, trying her best to pick up any familiar scents.

:: This was something to Whysper, her first time out at a new place. A whole new world for her to explore and get to love. Her smokey nose poked the fresh winter air, too excited to focus on any one scent. As soon as she was released, she pounced a small mound of snow happily, wagging her tails with wild enthusiasm. After that initial display of enjoying her independance, she focused on the smells the wind carried. Noticing something familiar, she glaced up, and scanned the place carefully for another friend. ::

Her nose told her a friend was nearby as the scent wafted gently to her nostrils (sp?) and she eagerly dashed out through the snow toward Whysper. It was exciting for her to remeet a friend she had only just met, but that didn't matter to her and she was really just happy to have any friends at all! What surprised her was that Whysper wasn't with Syon, both of whom she figured had met before from the familiarity they'd shown to each other. She shrugged, not really wanting to deal with the meanie and instead called a hello to Whysper.

:: Ears perched in joy as the magnificant azure creature came towards her. Look at how she'd grown! Whysper didn't take much note, though, just glad to have someone else around. She raised her head and smiled so large that her eyes were but narrow slits. Sitting on the ground, she let the snow cover her lower quarters, but her estatic face was still plain as day to see. The ghostly aura that followed her swayed with the movement of the wind a bit, and she replied with a sharp bark to the friendly hello. ::

Kazilu dashed up to Whysper and barely managed to stop and avoid spewing snow all over the ghostly pup, and laughed as she realized she'd gotten snow all over herself instead.

She happily asked for a game to play--tag or hide-and-go-seek would do--and asked with a soft bark how her smaller friend was today. She was slightly bigger than Whysper today--did she really grow so fast?--but then again, she had stolen a cake from her owner and that was probably what happened...

:: Her smile grew even more as Kazilu covered herself with the sparkling flakes. Two tails fluttered behind her as she was warmly welcomed, and implied rather quickly that she was more than ready to play a little game. Whysper closed her faded pink eyes and burried her face into the soft, wet snow in compliance with the wish to play a game of hide-and-seek. She waited there in eager anticipation for Kazilu to run off, so that she could go find her. ::

((I hope noone minds if I join! xP))

~Crunch Crunch Crunch. Virtue stirred. What was that noise? Her body was moving, but her paws were not. Her eyes widened and a blast of cold hit her nose. She immediatly snuggled down into Mhyr's arms. That's right, she thought, she wasn't confined to an orb any longer. Crunch Crunch Crunch. Her ear twitched at the sound. She narrowed her eyes and looked down. The ground was covered in soft white, just like the clouds she'd seen in the Sky. This confused her. Was she in the Sky? Mhyr's boots were the source of the crunching noise. Suddenly, Mhyr bent down, and gently placed Virtue on the ground(?). Or was it the Sky? All this thinking was boggling her brain something fierce, so Virtue decided to ignore the thoughts for now. The thoughts bothered her much more now then when she'd formed from the orb. Her feet were a bit unsteady, but she pranced around Mhyr to show off, blindly skipping about, paws crunchcrunching in the...clouds? Suddenly, she found herself stopped by a warm wall of turquoise fur. She looked up slowly. It was her new....thing. What had Mhyr called him? She couldn't remember. He sort of scared her, with his snaggle teeth and his patched up fur, and what was with his one white eye?? She blinked at him, and he gave her a look of disdain. Well. That was fine with her. She flicked a tail at him and pranced in the other direction. Mhyr laughed at them, and went off to talk to one of the other FMN's owners. Virtue could see multi-colored tails in the distance, which she found intriguing. She'd never met any of the other FMN pups, although Mhyr had told her they were waiting for her. She bounded off in their direction, struggling through the cold white...stuff. ~

>Sin treaded delicatly through the snow, following the Girl. He didn't know her name yet, she hadn't whispered to him or sang him songs as the yellow pup said that the Girl had done for her. He felt a pang of resentment. He couldn't remember anyone singing songs to him, he couldn't remember anything for that matter. Whatever life he'd led before must have gotten him into some serious trouble, that was all he could think. The Girl had saved him, brought him from the edge of death, or so he thought. He did still have this odd disease though, that caused his thoughts or words to come out as garbled moans ocasionally or even worse was the uncontrollable drooling that sometimes occured, not to mention the craving for brains that he got, when he was feeling particularily bad. He sighed and looked at the white snow. It was as white and blank as his memories. A chill wind ruffled his fur, and he looked out over the white plains. The Girl bent down and dropped the bundle she was carrying gently on the ground. He saw the yellow pup looked confused, maybe he could help her...? But no, she was just showing off. He scowled. She shut her eyes against the cold and ran right into him. He shot her a look and she pranced right off again. He saw she was heading for some waving tails off in the distance. Well bah to them. He curled up in the snow and hoped noone would see him.<

((sorry the posts are so long, it's just sort of an intro I guess xD))

Syon hummed, sending little vibrations throughout the rest of his body as he was carried again out into the snowy fields. Pushing himself farther into Reviens arms, relishing in the warmth against his normally cold body. He slightly cracked one emerald eye open, closing it again at the sight of the undisturbed snow, uninterested in it. He had already played in it, felt it, eaten it, and it no longer held his curiosity as it did when he had first 'discovered' it.
He nipped lightly at Reviens hands at being placed back onto the earth, away from the comforting warmth. He didn’t like it. And made sure his opinion was known.
Giving one last dark look towards his owner he moved forward, tails held high in the air, moving more easily through the snow now.
He could just make out the sight of the two other pups, making a face that one of them also included the blue one from before. He wasn’t sure if he actually liked her yet...
Scowling at noticing how much she had grown since then. Why wasn’t he that big yet!
His ears twitched, turning his head to where the barely audible crunching in the snow was coming from.
Eyes narrowed slightly, head high in the air he sniffed at it, picking up new scents among the already familiar ones.

((Can I post? ;;~))

Indivar walked slowly, the grass crunching beneath his feet, his paws clearly making marks. Different scents floated in the air near him as he leaned to sniff them. All unfamiliar, it seemed. His dark blue pelt stood out amongst the white snow. "Who is there?" he asked curtly but softly. He looked at the big tree overwhelming him, and tried to bat it. "Owch!" He licked his paw which was now swelling. Aware of the pain now, he winced before a breeze of cold air blew by him. He wrapped himself in his tails and shivered, teeth shaking.

Just as she was about to take off to find a hiding place, an unwelcome, familiar scent hit her, causing her to look up. Scowling a little, she recognized the male pup from before, when she was littler. Along with Syon came three more unfamiliar scents, and she quipped a question to Whysper. Did she know these others? Suddenly forgetting about the game she wanted to play, she put her nose to the ground--much like a canine--and began to sort out the scents, sniffing somewhat hard. Two males, one female... she thought all of the others were younger than her. She then sat up straight, right next to Whysper, and waited to see if the others would come toward them.

:: Clearly perturbed by the interruption to her game, she pulled her now dripping face out of the packed area of snow in which she had hid it. That urge of a normal playful demeanor quickly fell when she sighted Syon, and replaced it accordingly with that sly quirk that implied nothing less than malicious interest.

She held herself there next to Kazilu in her better-than-you statueous grace, head held high and burning pink eyes kept at a narrow slit. Regardless of the easily memorable welcome to Syon, her tails lay flat on the ground, proving that her attention was not undivided. She was picking up multiple new scents, one particularly intriguing. The winter's air carried with it the pungent smell of decay, and given her haunting nature, this piqued her need to investigate.

However curious, though, she still needed to wait for the appropriate moment to venture off. When the other's were busy with something and she could sneak around like the apparition she was. With that in mind, she grinned a little at the approaching Syon, and waited diligently. ::

~Virtue was trying, she really was. But the snow was so high! Unh. Everytime she wanted to move she had to stop, wiggle, and then pounce as far as she could. The landing hurt her paws, and once she even fell into a pile of clouds that was deeper than before! She was just about to give up on this whole ordeal, when she discovered something fascinating. She could tunnel through the clouds! She grinned and started pushing her way through, going at a much faster rate then before. Snow flurries furiously flew ((xD alliteration)) up behind her paws as the whiteness enveloped her. She heard muffled noises up ahead. She'd be there soon! Hopefully, the area in which the other FMNs were playing was a bit less, well, fluffy.~

>Sin was freezing. The wind whipped snow over his fur, and no matter how hard he tried, he could not wrap ALL of himself in his tails. He grumbled in frustration, and turned around again, trying to find a place where the wind was not so harsh. His ears were flat on his head, and small icicles were forming on his rather delicate nose. He licked them off, and furrowed his brow. Ach, how he hated winter.<

Syon planted his bum firmly on the ground, tail twitching agitatedly. His want to spend more time with the ghostly pup quickly being overtaken with his unwant of seeing Kazilu again so soon. Not that he'd let someone else get in the way of what he wanted, thank you very much!
... He just didn’t feel up to another confrontation. Yes, that had to be it, he told himself.

But this new smell. That was something interesting. It smelt dead, or dying More dead than himself. His nose wrinkled.
Glancing back towards the other two and again from where the smell was coming from, he made a disgruntled sound in the back of his throat. Why were things so hard to decide?
PostPosted: Mon Nov 13, 2006 5:56 pm

Apparently Syon shared the same feelings as her for not wanting to meet up again. Deciding that she should just leave Whysper and Syon to say a personal hello to each other, she headed in the direction of the other new scents. Two smelled fine; the other, a male scent, caused her to twitch her nose. She nearly gagged, but it was also an interesting scent, and she wanted to know more about it.

As she made her way across the cold, fluffy ground, she spotted a yellow female pup digging her way through. Awww, she was so cute! Kazilu then turned to see a... green... grey... red... orange... blue?... male FMN, shivering from the cold. He was so mixed with colors she felt a little dizzy with amazement; and by now the cold air had frozen over her senses, so she couldn't smell anything anymore.

She made her way towards the male. "Hello!" she called, and then grinned down at the yellow pup she was heading towards as well and asked, "Do you need help?"

:: Seeing Syon's hesitation as he stopped still a good distance from her, she knew it was more than the other beautiful female sitting aside her. Of course, how naive of her to think that she would be the only one interested in the smell. Her head fell between the blades of her shoulders, as she was just about to stand and take off, but she was interrupted by the movement next to her.

Everyone was intrigued. That's okay, that just put her mission into the open. Her eye contact with Syon never broke as Kazilu stood and took off, watching his implied actions in his movements to see if it was going to be a race. Taking to her feet, she shook the wet snow from her soft coat, turned her attention from Syon, and walked slyly in a completely different dirrection from the scent. Her tails drug along the top of the blanketing snow behind her, and her stiff stature suggested mild irritation. She shut out the presences around her, contimplating what to do.

Surely whatever was producing such a stench would be far less interesting with everyone else surrounding it. ::
