Weapons: Flack vest, kunai, special issue Earth military issue Caster Revolver and a large stock of ammo of various kinds
Powers: alien martial arts, had an operation while in the military to allow him to see in the dark, can breath under water, can withstand over 200 times earths gravity, with proper care can regenerate limbs and organs, telepathic powers that aren’t totally under control yet.
Bio: Has wondered the universe, and seen/learned many things. Was in Earth’s Elite Special Forces for 6 years in which time he rose to the rank of Capt. and traveled to the far reaches of space fighting pointless wars for planets against the native people. He despises the Earths greedy Rulers who placed him and his friends in harms way and lost so many lives to expand there wealth. He has kept contacts at every level of earth’s government which extends it vast rule over many galaxies from his time in the military. After being wounded badly at the battle for planet Tokiri he left the military and entered into a part-ownership of the bar, "The Hole in the Hall". He and his cousin also does some bounty hunting on the side, which helps when business at the bar is slow (They're still a bit "green" as Bounty Hunters, though).

Bio: Grew up alone, an orphan, always used to get beat up, just the street punk, he got took in by a few pirates, he had eavesdropped on them at the time he met them, because of this they cut out his eyes, but let him join the group, he became a fighter among them, an assassin to kill a few opposing leaders, he woke up one day never the same, but always wears a blind around his head covering his eyes, black clothing, black strips hanging down from his back, part of his black sleeveless shirt, strong and athletic, great abilities with swords even if it isn't really the old ages.

Name: Morgan (His last name was intentionally wiped from his memory in order to discourage escape attempts)

Weapons: Railgun* (hidden in left hand - It can use any variety of ammo, from pellets to HEAT rounds), Shotgun (Inside left forearm), Flamethrower (In right forearm), Twin .45's, 12-guage shotgun, nanotech skin**.

Powers: Cybernetic limbs (all containing a variety of weapons), an energy blocking cortosis weave, electricity manipulation, superhuman strength and speed, flight, cybernetic retinal implants (advanced targeting systems), and a mysterious variety of techniques involving a glowing green energy.

Bio: Morgan was a street fighter from a large city, until one night he was shot through the lung. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, though it seemed he wouldn't make it through the night. He mysteriously disappeared before the sunrise, though, and no one on earth knows his current location. After finding himself on Vector 4, he fought and killed a cybernetics specialist working for the Syndicate to learn of the orgin of his powers. He found them, but has yet to share them with anyone. During his adventures with Ginjo and his crew, he has developed new techniques, acquired a small armory's worth of weapons, increased his knowledge of hand to hand combat, and even taken on something of an apprentice in Sui.

Personality: Headstrong (It might have something to do with the metal plating), Morgan often rushes into situations when his passion is stirred. Usually lazy and easygoing, if someone can push the right buttons (not in a literal sense, put down the remote!), he becomes enraged and will fight until he collapses. His power is often fueled by his emotion, and if a situation calls for it, his power can be devastating (as the battle on the Titan system showed.) He is a walking tank in the most literal sense, and has the ego to back up his ability. Despite these faults, he usually puts thought into things, and is a caring person. On the other occasions...he's just a typical, stupid male. Other than that, he used to make a pass at just about every woman in sight, but has stopped for no appearant reason.

Misc: He ran into his younger sister, Regina, on Vector 4, but they had to part ways quickly because of the Tao attack. She lingers in the back of his mind constantly, as she promised to find him again.
