The Haruno Sakura Discussion

Haruno Sakura is the young Kunoichi from Konoha. When we first see her she is the average fangirl of Uchiha Sasuke that seems to know nothing else but out yelling Ino in "Sasuke-kun". She graduated being the smartest in her class, but not the strongest. She was placed on a team with Uzumaki Naruto and to her luck, Uchiha Sasuke. Leading away from ther Fangirl-esque nature, after mission after mission, the night where he left she confessed love for him. Though that was unable to stop him when he left, she vowed nothing more but to get stronger. And with that, she trained under the Legendary Sannin Tsunade. Making her greatest weakness, Taijutsu, Her greatest asset. Also gaining an extreme form of Medical Ninjutsu. She has been said to one day surpass Tsunade.

I hated her until the Chuunin Exams started. She was annoying, snotty, and "OMGSASUKE!!1one."

However, when the Chuunin Exams started, my entire view of Sakura changed. She started focusing on how to be useful instead of how to attract Sasuke. I think I really liked her when she called Sasuke "coward." Not because I hate Sasuke (because I son't hate Sasuke), but because she stood up for someone she DIDN'T like, even though it was against someone she DID like. She was able to put her crush aside, and not only be brave, but to push him foreward. She HELPED him. Let's face it, Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto may have ended up DEAD if she hadn't build up the courage to stand against him.

I love Sakura because she has GROWN UP. She's not a lovesick child anymore. She's a strong kunoichi who knows that she can't focus all of her attention on one person, no matter how much she loves that person. She has duties, and she completes them. She stands for courage, love, strength, passion, and much more.

The Sasori fight. She got IMPALED (by a POISONOUS sword), and still fought and WON. To all the Sakura-haters. FACE IT. You'd be crying on the ground on dead. We all would be. Sakura can handle her own.

* Favorite style of Sakura o.O

I REALLY like her time-skip style. She's more symplistic and less stylish. I like it; it suits her very well, and shoe's her focus on other things.

* When she Cut her hair.

It showed everyone that she wanted to take being a ninja SERIOUSLY. She had grown then, and she started to kick a** from then on.

* Ino and Sakura Rivalry.

xD Does ANYBODY else find the Ino/Sakura rivalry similar to the Sasuke/Naruto rivalry? They are best friends who compete for everything. I'm glad that they seem to be more friendly and mature post-timeskip. Ino and Sakura are sort of opposites, and they venture different paths, though they have learned to respect each other. <3

* Why you love/hate her.
i used to really hate Sakura because i thought that all she wanted was to drool over Sasukè.
i think everybody thought that at one time.
but the day she cut her hair.. that REALLY showed a change in Sakura.
that took real courage,
& it showed that she no longer obsessed over her looks.
Kit was really proud of Sakura-san.
now i have so much respect & love for Sakura.

Why you love/hate her.

I've always loved Sakura. There's always been something about her that has drawn me in. She's so.. normal, and chasing after Sasuke.. I chased after a lot of boys when I was younger; I guess she just reminds me a little bit of myself.

And I really admire her determination.

Favorite Moment.

-When she cut her hair in the Forest of Death.
-When she brought Sasuke out of his rage.
-When she fought with Ino.
-When she protected Sasuke from Gaara.
-When she confessed to Sasuke.
-When she fought Sasori.
-When she charged at Sasuke with the full intention of injuring him.

The style she has after the time-skip. I've always liked it, but now I really like it since I've gotten used to it.

When she Cut her hair.

I honestly thought it was one of her first real turning points in the series. She began to mature during this scene; it was when she blossomed.

Ino and Sakura Rivalry.

They're best friends, yet enemies at the same time. It reminds me somewhat of Naruto and Sasuke's rivalry.. only it's between girls, and it started because of Sasuke.

* Why you love/hate her.
I used to dislike her, to be honest. Not hate her, but her whining sometimes really got under my skin. But she changed. It took a little while, but she changed from Sasuke-obsessed to a great, carring teammate and kunoichi.

I love her because she's the most human, I suppose is the right word. She's the emotional rock that keeps Team Seven together.

Ino and Sakura's rivalry is not unlike Sasuke and Naruto's. Except they're girls. And not as... violent. xD;

* Why you love/hate her.
I have liked Sakura since episode one. She was the one who was smart and was falling head over heels for her crush Uchiha Sasuke. She was so funny at times, as well.

Anyway the reason that I love Sakura is because she was a charcter that bloosmed into the great cherry bloosom that she is now. Also, she reminds me a lot of how I am. A lot people tell me that I am like Sakura.

When she cut her hair! That was the moment that she began her bloosming, and I loved that moment. I wish that I had that episode, because I probally would never stop watching it.

Post time skip. I like her whole outfit. It looks better then the one she wore in Naruto.

Like I said that was my favorite moment. It was when she began her bloosming. Also, I loved when she said how the were teachers, and that it was thier time to watch her back as she protected them. That was like my most favorite quote by her ever!

Excalltly like Sasuke and Naruto. Though they are more of the name calling then the fighting at times.

My OTP= LeeSaku. I belive that is will work...Here is why...

Lee loves Sakura we know that, but I belive that she loves him back. Though she makes the excuse of his looks, because she was after Sasuke at the time. Though Lee made her a promise that he would protect her with his life, and he kept it. I think that was when Sakura realized that she needed to look at personality not just looks, because she was like any other pre-teen-teenage girl who was looking at the hotness not the personality. But when he kept his promise that was when she realized it. Also, the flower. She got one for him to, plus she would bring him more. That just makes me think that she loves him back.

Phew..

Sorry I get a little obbessed on this subject ^^

Plus, as my alterntive I like NaruSaku. I think it is really cute, and if Sakura does not end up with Lee I think she should be with Naruto.

Ino and Sakura really should be friends agian. it is for certian that sasuke will go with sakura in the end(If he gets his Sexy a** back to konoha)

*Why you love/hate her.

It's only because she started out as the most human of Team 7. She was basically untouched by tragedy, and someone easily missed out on the old Team 7 roll-call. (Sasuke is famous for his blood, Naruto is notorious for the Kyuubi, and Kakashi is known in several countries as the Copy Ninja.) But when she grows up little by little, she becomes as extraordinary as her teammates in her own way.

So really, it's her growth that I love about her.

And that pink hair. heart

* Favorite Moment.

It's gotta be when she cuts her hair. It was the first symbol of her growth. She's never been as mature as she becomes in this scene. Also, when she is first seen punching the ground, Tsunade-esque. It was a real sign of her destiny to surpass Tsunade.

Definitely how she is right now in the manga. Plus Sakura in her short-sleeved dress and short hair.

* When she Cut her hair.

It was her defining moment. It showed how much she was willing to go through for her team - mostly because her hair was a status symbol (in terms of being a Sasuke fangirl), and cutting it would have been hard for her if it wasn't for the thought of her teammates getting hurt.

* Ino and Sakura Rivalry.

It's just like Sasuke and Naruto, like Kakashi says, only in more girly terms. It's pretty endearing watching them argue like that.

* Sakura pairings.

SASUSAKU IS MY OTP. That's that. I don't like KakaSaku because it makes me feel weird about my own teachers. I'm pretty neutral about everything else, even NaruSaku. ItaSaku...I can live with, a bit. SasuSakuNaru is my OT3. But my favorite Yuri would be SakuHina. Just saying.
