One of my best friends, whom I consider a brother, is in the hospital right now with internal bleeding...I'm so scared for him. I know this sounds dumb to be freaking out like this but he means a lot to me and I'm scared for him...just need someone to talk to right now...

The best place he can be in is the hospital, so he is on the road to recovery. Just keep your prayers up and your friend will be better in no time.
