The woods are dark and spooky, even in the daytime, with just a light sprinkling of snow on the ground. The pine trees loom over everything, as though they are watching what goes on in the silent forest. Large, disapproving gods who are rooted firmly into the cold ground. Small birds chirp among the branches, a note of hope that cuts sharply through the desperation of the trees. The muffled sound of sobs echoes in the cathedral of the forest...
JUST A NOTE!~ Mhyr, Rev and Theo and others like us are like crazeh lovable demon RPers. We really like to roleplay! So, we might skip your turn if you haven't been on for awhile (like a couple hours or a day or so) and no story significance is resting on your character. I hope this is okay! We'll always leave it open for you to rejoin us, no worries. ^_^
>Sin's body was sprawled at the trunk of a giant tree, the sobs belonged to him. He was so confused these days, nothing made sense. And why him? Why did he look like this, why couldn't he remember who he was? It was a little warmer in the forest, and he felt his fur stand up, defrosting. His face was wet with tears, and he couldn't stop foaming. He lay his chin on his paws, and waited for his inner storm to die down.<

Syon smiled to himself as he felt Whysper catch up to him, giving her a over-the-shoulder glance. He slowed slightly as his paws hit solid ground instead of snow, moving into the dense forest. His eyes flashed. This place. He liked it here. It felt so… right. He Moved easily through the dense woods, sight as clear as if he were still in the open fields.
The sent, it was so close now, almost overwhelming his senses. Ears twitching at the light sounds coming from just further in. Was it... crying? Syon stood bewildered. He couldn’t understand, couldn’t quite wrap his mind around the thought of another crying. Why would one do that? He had always believed there was nothing quite worth crying over.
Giving a fleeting glance towards Whysper, her ghostly aura seemingly even brighter to him in the dark he forged forward, head lowered.
Instantly his attention stood at full guard as he reached what they had been trailing, emerald eyes widened in surprise.

:: Her love of nature flourished here. She found it hard to focus on what they had come from. These ancient giants were covered in a bark, coated in patches of an odd moss, different colours, though all dim, molded together. Her ears sat at ease now. Those narrowed eyes opened to a gentle and accepting state, and here there hazy pink light flooded out.
She was so enthrawled by the surroundings. Syon approached something slowly, but she didn't particularly care at the moment. She trotted between different patches of neat things laying on the forest floors. There were different kinds of life here, but the fungi growing on rocks and under dead wood was far more interesting. After a good amount of time spent ignoring Syon and the sorce of their adventure, she finally turned around, to call him over to share in her findings. It was then she saw it. ...What was it? She walked over cautiously, stopping behind Syon. ::

>Sin hadn't even heard their approach. He was so wrapped up in himself, that by the time he noticed them, it was too late. He silently berated himself. He would not let this happen again. He hated this feeling, of being caught in the headlights of the emerald and rose quartz stares, of being examined by eyes that were strangers to him. He stared at them and sniffed the air delicatly. He smelled something akin to his nature in both of them, it smelled like the disease. Maybe they had it too? Maybe he wasn't alone! The male looked normal enough, until Sin noticed the fang poking out of the side of his mouth. !!! He has fangs just like me! Sin thought. There was a little female behind him, her rosy eyes held mystery and silent thoughts, she was more than she appeared. He grinned at them, before realizing that the foam was just pouring out of his mouth in excitement. His eyes widened in horror, and he tried to wipe it off, using a combination of his tongue and his tail. But it didn't matter, now that they saw how disgusting he was, they'd run away in fear, just like all the others would once they saw him. He hung his turqouise head and pretended to be very interested in the pine needles, hoping that they would just run away and get it over with<

Syon starred at the patchwork body of the other. His eyes tentatively looking him over, He hummed deep in his throat; he was so much bigger than himself! Continuing his gaze he continued peering at the pup, as if trying to see through to his personality. He was almost cute in an awkward sort of way he figured. Syon wrinkled his nose slightly as he noticed the others foaming mouth. Did he say cute? Really, what was he thinking? ... Not that he really had any place to talk he supposed, knowing how he must of looked to others while feeding.
His ears perked as the others attention shifted to the forest floor, examining pine needles. Flicking an ear agitatedly at the lack of attention being given he bent low to the ground, shuffling towards the other. If he were to be honest with himself he was a bit frightened of the other. He was so much bigger! Syon bet he could tear him to shreds instantly. 'If he could catch me' Edging even closer Syon poked his nose lightly to the others paw, hopeing it would be taken as a friendly sign, considering Syon was quite lacking in the 'making friends' area.

:: Her eyes burned like fire on the image of the sewn together creature. It certainly didn't take long of studying him to realize that he had no ill-will towards herself and Syon. She raised a paw lightly off the ground as she noticed the damp patches of fur on his face, obviously more than melted snow. The foaming at the mouth didn't off-put her, you should see the amount of saliva she could slobber out on her sheets while sleeping! To her he was just another something, caught somewhere between the dead and the living, much like Syon and herself.
As he hung his head, she could almost feel the embarassment petrude from his body. Her ears stood erect as a friendly gesture swept over her face, but as she was about to extend a warm welcome, Syon began stir. Oh what was he doing now? He couldn't possibly handle this delecate situation with the care it needed. She released a huff as his body scooted closer to the much older male's. It was not so much Syon's well being that she was afraid for. However knowing that there was nothing she could really do to stop it now, she stood back and watched carefully, ready to act if need be. ::

>Sin was a little hurt, a little confused, and quite embarrased. As he was staring down at the pines, waiting for them to start screaming and running, the little male poked his nose to Sin's paw! Sin blinked. And he blinked again. Was this a sign....of friendship? He could tell the little male was prideful, so Sin wouldn't want to offend him. But Sin had also sensed a little disdain coming from the black and red male as well. He settled for nodding his head at the tiny pup, trying to show him gratitude without grossing him out any more than he already had. Sin peered at the two. How unlikely that they had all met here in this wood. His eyes wandered over to the female. Her aura danced and glowed, how beautiful she looked in the dappled sunlight that shone through the pines. But, everything looks beautiful when you're this ugly he told himself. He tried to smile, and cleared his throat. "Hello! My name is Sin, who are you?" But that's not what came out. Instead, he made a whispered grumbly-moaning sound. All that could be heard clearly from this weird noise, was "Siiiiiin..grujasm, ooooo?" His eyes widened again, and he touched a paw to his throat, looking embarrased.<

Syons muscles relaxed in relief, previously tense incase the need to flee arose, at the others nod. So he hadn’t done it wrong! A small smile had begun to form, quickly replaced by a curious frown as the other opened his mough, but only jumbled words came forth. Tilting his head he replayed the sound over and over in his head, trying to make sense of it, glancing back towards Whysper to see if she had caught what was trying to be asked. Not quite knowing what to do with himself anymore Syon sat back, saying the first thing that came to mind. "My name is Syon." Looking back again at Whysper for support. She hadn’t appeared to happy with him and his normal antics earlier.

:: Whysper smiled with relief when the large male accepted Syon's... unique attempt at an introduction. She laughed a little to herself when she saw the pride engulf Syon for him doing something right. She sat back down on a patch of dry earth under the shade of a large oak as the teen spoke. She didn't understand it exactly, but she got the idea.
Whysper herself, was hardly audible. The only noises she could manage were an occasional sharp pitch. It had made her very good at reading other's body language and facial expressions, as she mainly focused on just that. She raised her chin to him and nodded politely, then cast her gaze over at Syon to watch his responce. He looked to her questionably for a minute before turning back around and announcing his own name. Really we say most of our words through our actions, and everyone understood those. Her tail's twitched occasionally from the ground, studying the whole situation with extreme care not to miss anything. ::

>Sin coughed and cleared his throat again, the encouragement from the pups giving him courage. He spoke in their own language, a mix of noises and body language. His voice was deep and raspy, and very intellectual. "Hello, I'm called Sin. I apologize for my rather raggedy appearence, and my voice. Lately, it's been coming and going like that." He shrugged. "It's nice to meet you two." His eyes had a happy light to them, and he felt good inside. They didn't run, they didn't run... the words repeated themselves inside his head over and over. He tried to grin, but unfortunatly, cut his upper lip on his sharp teeth. Sin winced in pain as a bit of blood started to flow. He licked at it with his tongue, and sighed heavily.<

Syon smiled again as the larger patch worked male's words become clear, his tails waving slightly back and forth. He winced as he watched Sin cut himself, thinking how it would feel to cut oneself on their own fangs. The hair on his back rose slightly at the site of the blood that gathered at the cut, Sins tongue licking at it. He planted himself firmly on the ground. He wouldn’t show weakness, that he couldn’t control his own self. His body screaming at him to move forward, but his relentless pride held him back. He shifted uneasily.

:: Her breath was stopped when she saw the blood flow. Her intense rose eyes widened and flashed to Syon, eargerly awaiting his action. Much to her surprise, and the disapointment of her sadistic side, he held his ground. All she could do was smirk. She watched as the tension built as his paws hugged the ground close, it was amusing, to say the least, but as for the other...
Some days it felt as if she were two different souls. Half of her cared deeply for everything standing, the other half, desperate for trouble. Her eyes pierced through him, running up and down the course of his body. His large ivory eye penetrated anything it looked at, which complimented his snaggling fangs and broken horn nicely. The rest of his body looked almost... fragile. Interesting. The staring was undoubtly making the shy creature uncomfortable, however, so she stood to walk over and sit beside him, looking up at him and with a very conviencing smile, gestured a hello. She cast her narrowed eyes back to Syon. ::

>Sin thought everything was going just fine. That is, until he felt the tension. It was thick in the air, the songs of the birds could not even pierce it. He looked at both of the pups. There was something wrong with Syon. His whole body was tensed up, and he was looking hungrily at the drops of blood resting on Sin's tongue. Sin felt his muscles ripple under his fur, he shook just a little bit. He could bite this little thing in half easily, but he wouold never do that. Syon was...Syon was his friend? Maybe? Or was he? Sin realized he had gotten caught up in this meeting. He really didn't know anything about these two. He caught the ghostly female staring at him, something strange was in her eyes. She stopped herself and came over to sit by him, giving him a smile. He smiled back at her, careful of his mouth, but it was still bleeding he realized, and Syon was looking at him very intently.<

Syon snarled, his agitation rising. Sharp claws digging deeply into the ground. He hated this. This curse, but yet embraced it at the same time. It was a part of him, something he couldn’t change. Syon watched the movements of Whysper from the corner of his eye as she sat besides the other. His own sharp eyes narrowed to meet her piercing gaze. Sometimes he felt as if she could see through him. As if everything she watched was like one big game, and then, in the next moment could become completely different. She confused him. He could never quite place her intentions, something he doubted he ever would. But for now his tentative bond with her stood. He would trust her. For the moment. Syon visibly winced at the abruptness of his fangs extending. This wasn’t happening… He wasn’t sure what to do. He’d never been faced with such a thing before. He wouldn’t bite Sin though. He’d never. He already was fully aware of his odd personality quirks, and he wouldn’t risk loosing a forming friendship. Besides, Sins teeth looked far too dangerous at the moment. But the smell was so intoxicating… Steadying himself Syon bit hard into his leg. No, it wouldn’t help much, no matter what he couldn’t cease his own hunger with his own blood. It was a ridiculous notion. But it dulled it down to only a slight pull at Syons body. Enough to where he could resist.

:: His control pained him, Whysper found watching his frustrations to be a great interest to her. Her breath had all but haulted completely in waiting for him to slip, just once, just a little. He did better than she had expected. Her intrigue quickly dropped as he sunk his fangs into his own flesh, but very well, she was sure it wouldn't have been much of a fight anyway. Sin could just so easily hold Syon away with the reach of an arm.
Her tails furrled behind her. As entertaining as it might have been to watch Syon attempt to satisfy his own hunger, she felt her attention better spent on a rabbit that had been petrified in a near by brush for quite some time at all the noise they had been causing. She had been watching it duly since this meeting had first started. It was scared, rightfully so, as her urge to hunt it down grew when there was nothing to be more excited about. Syon would profit much more from something like that... to take a life to sustain another... the idea intrigued her thoughts, but for now she'd simply keep an eye on it, and wait for it to make a decission. ::
