Introduction:
In what seems to be the strangest possibility ever, a nin from lands around the border of Rock Country and a Devil Fruit user somewhere in the Grand Line have created a sort of dimensional break between both worlds. Rumor has it that, while the nin used some form of dimensional jutsu, the Devil Fruit user owned a particularly strange ability which permitted him to create voids in space and, if powerful enough, travel from one world to another. Now with a large piece of land (the nin countries) before the island that leads to One Piece, many pirates find there to be a dilemma of traveling around the land and facing sea kings or going through a dangerous waterway smack in the middle of the land. Nins are clearly unhappy with the passing pirates and war has broken out between these groups. Not only this new conflict is added, like current conflict in the worlds themselves also continue. What'll become of the Straw Hat crew and to the nins in Konoha and their acquaintances?

Additional Rules:
pirate Only 10 made up characters will be allowed. This is to avoid being swarmed by made up characters who make one RP post and never post again.
ninja RPers will be warned about their inactivity if the character is requested and the RPer has not posted recently. If they still do not respond after the warning message, the character will be given to the person who requested for it.
pirate Try to be as active as you can. If you are going away, PM with the reason that you will be leaving and how long you are expecting to leave for. Replacement RPers may take the character during this time, but it is expected that they will give up the character once the real RPer returns.

Bio: Anna was born completely curious. There was no doubt about it, whenever something new was available there went the girl with her grabby hands to study it! Well, it was of no surprise when she accidentally found a special Logia Devil Fruit one marvelous day. And it was no further surprise when she ate it... and of course spat it back out due to its horrendous taste. However, the fruit had given her the ability, when very young, to become sound. She was, from then on, able to travel through the air as shock waves of sound, be them booming or nearly imperceptable. Having lost her mother and her father when young, Anna addapted her skills for the crime. And what a great thief she was! However, after accidentally being marooned in an ice based land due to an unfortunate trip to (supposedly) a wealthier land, Anna must now attempt to find a way to survive in these cold terras.

A mystic like singing could be heard coming from the woods of the new land. This land, filled with enemies whom practice the art of shadows and call themselves the shinobi, have been having great troubles with the pirates who desperately attempt to cross its massive size to reach One Piece. One of these troubles was this unusual singing that rose in the woods. Owned by a neko pirate whom had no worries about the new nin enemies, this here was a careless and independent soul, though lone and slightly strange. She continued to sing energetically, somewhat dancing her path beside the waterway that led many pirates through the new land, and minding not one bit if she was seen by nins. She was out of the ordinary, her mahogany hair shifting slightly along with the breezes. This was the infamous Doujinkiu Anna, caringly nick named Moon's Shadow.

A green cladded, bushy browed nin huffed as he bench pressed around 545 lbs in the middle of the Konoha's training grounds, the nin continued to lift the weights, grunting a little, as he looked on at the sky...

Anna continued her half dancing path, a strange device plucked in her neko auds. She had found one of these in the nin villages, and only found it perfect to steal. It was a small machine of sorts which sang through these small pads you could fit in your ears. She found it ever so entertaining, even though she wasn't much sure how it functioned. But who minded that, as long as it sang she was pleased. However, her path was so careless, clumsy, and blind that she never noted Rock Lee and consequently tripped over the green clad gennin. She gave a grumbling sound, shaking her head to the sides to waken herself somewhat.
Meanwhile, a small carrousel made way through the rivers of the new land. On the wooden deck of the goat themed ship stood a tall, sturdy figure. Blond hairs were only slightly pushed about by the breeze, a cigarette tucked between his lips as the Going Merry's cook now seemed as gallant as ever. However, this man missed new women to dote upon. Not that Nami and Robin weren't lovely, but a change in the view of females he had had lately would be appreciated. Not much surprising coming from Sanji.

::The timid palm of Konoha was practicing near the river with one of the practice blocks. When through she would manipulate water to improve one of her techniques since she had the time as a medical nin. Pale violet eyes were serious and focused, despite having her back against the river, she noticed the most bizarre looking ship ever. She had a feeling that such is danger. However, she would not jump to conclusions until she fully understood why is it here? She jumped up into the tree tops and used her Byakugan to see who was on the ship. Those noded eyes seen but a tall man in odd attire so far.::...Strange.
