It was a bright and sunny day! To Deidara, this was a relief, for the past week it had been nothing but rain and wind.
Deidara was sitting outside somewhere in the Leaf country. Since he had successfully (somewhat) gotten his assigned demon, the Shukaku, the leader had said that until the next member captured their own demon, Deidara had vacation time.
Decided that sitting in the woods was rather....dull, the blonde Akatsuki decided that he should grab a bit to eat in the nearest village.
Which happened to be Konoha!
Deidara carefully disguised himself, using jutsu to hide the mouths on his hands, and dressing in a simple black t-shirt, and a pair of black pants. He left his cloak in a tree trunk, where hopefully no one would find it.

"I want Pork Ramen, yeah."
Deidara was sitting at this little shack called Ichiraku's, and since currently there was nobody there, he decided he'd eat there. After all, he hadn't had in a LONG time, and he definitely missed the taste.

Sakura scowled slightly at the noisy blonde sitting next to her. "Naruto, why must you slurp your noodles so loud, I swear one day I'm going to get a headache from it." She was kidding, but noticed the new person come in. 'I've never seen him before...I think. Maybe somewhere in the marketplace? No. Might as well introduce myself.'
Without even telling Naruto what she was up to she walked over to the man, smiling slightly. "Hi, I'm Sakura Haruno. Who are you?" She raised an eyebrow, holding her hand out for him to shake.

Deidara grinned at the blonde boy next to the girl as he devoured his ramen. In all honesty, the Akatsuki member had NO clue that he was actually the Kyuubi container.
If he DID know...well, it wasn't his concern, anyway. It was Itachi's.
His attention quickly turned to the person who had just approached him. When he focused on her, he noticed two things about her:
1. She was a medic ninja; he could sense the chakra.
2. She was cute. Pink hair? ...She was like a piece of unique art!
When she introduced herself, he smiled, and politely took her hand and gave it a good shake.
"Sakura-chan...that name suits you, yeah. Nice to meet you! My name is Deidara."
At that moment, a bowl of steaming ramen was placed in front of him. He smiled, and taking a pair of chopsticks, said a blessing and took a small bite, slurping the noodles into his mood (with a LOT less noise than the other blonde male at the restaurant).
After he swallowed his bite, he turned back to Sakura.
"It's a beautiful day out, isn't it? The weather's been far too rainy, and it's good to finally have some sun, yeah." he said truthfully.

@Remedi: xD I can totally (I just said totally. o.O) see why you wanted him and you play him as if he really was you. ))
She noted the lips on his hands, slightly scared. Shaking it off she nodded. "Welcome to Konoha, Deidara-San." Pausing to push some of her pink tress behind an ear she thought he looked at little more familar up close. "Are you new to Konoha? Or just a traveler?" She wanted to get to know the man, he seemed friendly.
Hearing Naruto demand more ramen from Old man Ichikaru she knew there would be time to socalize, so she sat in the stool next to Deidara's.

Deidara noted the look on her face as she took note of the two small mouths embedded into his hands. They weren't visible to the eye, as he had used a genjustu to cover them up. He noted that Sakura must have been a Genjutsu-Know-It-All. It was no matter, however. He smiled, and shook his head, as if telling her not to worry.
"They don't bite, yeah. Sorry if it scared you."
Unfortunately for Deidara, he had some kind of memory loss. He didn't remember Sakura nor the boy she was with, and if he had ever met them before, he had forgotten it. Nevertheless, he was glad to socialize; sometimes, Akatsuki was a looonely place.
Deidara heard the younger blonde call out for more food, and he laughed aloud, his rich voice echoing through the small booth. He remembered his own meal, and disregarded Sakura politely for a short moment as he took a big bite out of his lunch.
When he was done, he turned his full attention to her, and listened as she ever so kindly welcomed him and asked him her question.
"Thank you, Sakura-chan! Actually," he spoke, pulling the longer part of his blonde hair that wasn't in a pony-tailover his shoulder so that it lay in the left side of chest. "I've never been to this town before! I was passing through when I decided to stop, yeah. So far," he added. "I think that Konoha is a beautiful place!"
The man looked at Sakura who had taken a seat next to him, and noticed her forehead protector. It was tied in her hair like a headband, and Deidara though that wearing it like so was quite unique. She really WAS like a piece of art, and Deidara respected and appreciated her fully.
"I see that you and your friend are from Konoha, Sakura-chan. Tell me, are there any places here that I should, y'know, check out while I'm here? I like art...Is there a musuem or anything like that. I'd really love to see something like that, yeah!"

"It didn't, really." Sakura wasn't exactly hoping to make him selfconcious about it. Everybody had their weird traits, she had many.
Sakura smiled slightly at his laugh. Even after it died down it rang in her ears.
"Hm, I think there's something around here artistic. Since Naruto is probably going to be here for another couple of hours when you finish we can go check." Her smile widened a bit, "You really do look somewhat familar." She tapped her chin thoughtfully, trying to scan through her memory of such a man.

As he listened, he continued to eat his meal. Deidara was glad to hear that there was something artistic in the town. He honestly hadn't been to a musuem of the sort since he was maybe Sakura's age, and he missed the experience dearly.
Deidara chuckled when she said that he looked familiar.
"Well, I've been all around the world, maybe we've crossed paths somewhere," he answered. Then a grin spread across his face.
"Or maybe I just look like a friend of yours that has long blonde hair?"
How was he supposed to know that there was a girl by the name of Ino Yamakana that really DID look suspiciously like him? Really, Deidara was always told that his long hair was quite feminine, and by now he was used to the fact that sometimes he was mistaken to be a girl.

"Not to be rude, but you do look an awful lot like Ino." She thought it'd be somewhat odd to blurt out that he reminded her of a girl, concidering he was nice.
She scratched the back of her head, feeling slightly nervous to have just said something like that, expecially since it wasn't to Naruto, who didn't even look that close to being Ino.

Deidara rose an eyebrow, then laughed softly. So maybe that's why he looked familiar?
"No offense taken, yeah. So maybe that's why I look familiar to you...Ino? That's a cute name, yeah. She a friend of yours?"
Having already eaten all of the noodles, he carefully picked up his bowl and brought it to his mouth, silently sipping the liquid left in the ramen bowl, while waiting for an answer.
