Are there any seasonal herbs, that'd be perfect to pick, at this time of the year? What herbs would be good to have on hand, during the holidays? And does anyone have a particular favorite?

Rosemary!! One of my favorite herbs!! No matter how cold it gets outside, my rosemary plants grow so well. I use fresh sprigs in everything. You can get the whole plants that look like little Christmas trees now but they are difficult to keep indoors. Plan on planting them in the ground ASAP.
I think rosemary is the perfect holiday herb. biggrin

I burned some frankincense incense on Winter Solstice... the scent totally fit the season. Definately have to use that during the Winter season!
