With that, you'll next need to send a trade of at least 2500 Gaia Gold to E l r i c (that's the cost of a normal subforum on guilds) per Subforum that you're renting.
Once that is done, I'll update the guild by adding a new subforum, or recreating an old one.
The rental goes 2500 gold for the first month and 500 gold for each month afterwards. It's a monthly rental, so once your month is up, if you don't pay 500 more gold, it'll have all threads deleted and the subforum will be up for rental again.
