This is merely some of the things that comes into my mind when I try to search my soul and reflect on my experiences. Do share with me your comments and opinions so that I may compile it into my memory as lessons to learn and look upon.
~Veiled Grief~
I'm just a prismatic accessory, spicing up your life yet unnecessary. Where absence makes the heart fonder, the same cleaves mine asunder. A picture is worth a thousand words, yet unable to explain my hurt. Like guardian angels hovering above, only silent blessings convey my love. Left to embrace the biting chill, the loss makes my senses reel.

Varkans, I knew when Kookie made the Library that you would not disappoint us, and I was right. Only some one of your intellect could have produced such a mind blowing poem. It puts someone right in to the situation where they have lost a loved one and they feel the pain all over again 10 fold.
(look at me weeping like a little baby crying )
It is beautiful. Thank-you for this Varkans.

WOW.
That's almost the best thing I can offer. It's a short poem, but that doesn't stop it from slamming into you like a bag of bricks.. I like that. heart
Keep 'em coming!! I'd love to see what other types of things you write!

~ Mother Nature ~ Molest not the sleeping beauty, whose charm rivals not her fury. Bearing the allure of a siren, yet has little love for our brethren. From her tears the stream of life flows, to lands where the gentle winds blow. Once the clement goddess of spring, yet in winter an icy dream.

My first language is indeed Chinese, unlike some of my brethren who have betrayed their heritage and took to speaking English instead. Such a joke it is to meet people who have forsaken their own culture...
Forgive me for voicing out my complaints though. What I have here is nothing compared to what people in our guild can offer. blaugh

whee You really should hear me try to converse in English, since that should be enough to make you bowl in laughter. Reading and writing is one thing, yet sadly I lack the ability to understand the message within the literature.
What I write may not truly convey what I meant and what I read may not be what the author wanted to say. That is why writing can be compared to conversing, since it is important to ensure the correct message is sent across.
No human can withstand the power of time, for none is exempt from their volatile nature.

Agreed. Though I'm sure you try your best if you converse in English and that's what matters.
