its wierd disturbeds myspace has a song called hell on it that ive never heard before and it says unreleased, has anybody seen or anything about that one, if not it may mean they are coming out with a new album

And then there's "This Moment" that I found on Limewire as a part of the Transformers soundtrack. It doesn't sound like it was made specifically for the movie, so it might be a part of a new album.
Also, on ultimate-guitar.com there was something about a new album that the band described as "ballsier."
