I've decided that I will try that beginner running program that is posted in the sticky.
I want to be able to run at least 5-10km around 3 times a week, more if I can handle it (distance and frequency).
The problem is, although I can write really good fitness programs, after the frist day to first month, I loose motivation really really easily.
I've tried focusing on my goals, I've tried discussing it with other people (who are never interested) and tried training with other people (who loose interest faster then I do).
What can I do? I have no school on anymore until the start of february so I have 2 and a half months completely free to do anything and I work only in the evening.
I want to train in the morning (even though I am not an early riser) because I can get it out of the way and then not have to worry or think about it, and then find I have no time for it when I notice it's time for bed.
How can I get out of this habit of putting it off longer and longer and actually get my arse moving?

Well it is good to see that you have put a diary in the diary section to start off with.
Well first of all work out your goals and make short term ones as well. You only have your final goal.
Everytime you achieve one of these goals by the date you've set, award yourself with something you wouldn't usually do. For example...
Week 1 - Complete all set exercises: award Movies
Week 2 - Complete all set exercises plus drink 2L of water daily: award CD
Week 3 - Same as week 2 plus eat one piece of fruit daily: award New top
Week 4 - Same as week 3 plus wake up at 7am for exercise: award jewellery
etc
Make the awards something that you will actually work towards. Also, they don't have to be "complete all plus...", it can even be something simple such as walk to school everyday or cook a healthy dinner for myself nightly etc.
Make the goals specific to all of your final goals.
You had on there about loosing weight, well to help in loosing body fat, you need a really healthy diet. So you could make goals about eating or drinking healthier from increasing healthy food intake to decreasing takeaways.
You also need to find something that will motivate you. If you are a size 14 and aiming to fit into a size 12 pants (don't go too far like an 8 or you could become really disapointed if you never make it, I'm not saying you won't), buy a pair of size 12 pants (new or second hand) and once you fit into them, reward your self greatly (a non-food reward) for you have achieved your first hurdle.
Hope this helps a bit, I suffer from low motivation as well sad

I'm with you there. I find it really hard to stay motivated, but I posted somewhere (I think in your log, Sammel) about what I do to stay motivated. I hope it helps. I find that it helped me stay with my morning crunches.

I find more motivation just about everywhere if a friend is there with you....
